My husband and I came here on a whim. And we were not disappointed. My husband got the caramel mocha latte with protein powder and I got the coconut breeze both were delicious. He also got the protein waffles I believe it was a strawberry cheesecake flavor and I got the protein bowl with açai. I felt like I was eating was very fresh and extra healthy. It was nice and quiet in the space the owner was very kind she made a good call on my drink for the coconut breeze. I hope to see the shop stick around and stay if you ever walked by it go on up and give them a try. You are also able to customize things and take items off as well.
The waffles here are so delicious along with their refreshers drinks, the service was amazing!!!! Thank you for serving us!
My family absolutely loves this nutrition shop! The owners are amazing and treat you as if you’re family. The shop is very clean and organized. Love everything about this place!! The donuts and refreshers are delicious and if you have any questions regarding the menu tiff and dom know every answer. This shop has plenty of areas to study, relax with friends or even host events, it is very spacious. I will recommend this nutrition shop to anyone!
My sister and I met here to have coffee ☕️, and we decided to have the red velvet waffles - delicious 😋. We hung out almost 2hrs.There's so many selections of food and drinks to choose from. You'll find favorites easily. We had a chance to chat with the owner, and she's great. Definitely recommend this location. #visitingagainsoon #thankyou #wehadfun

Going up nutrition is an absolute must try. Dom and Tiffany are always there to ensure quality service and quality products. Would highly recommend the refreshers as they're aesthetically pleasing as well as tasty!
What can I say about this place is AMAZING. Love the atmosphere of the place. The owners Tiffany and Dom they are such a great couple they make the place feel even better. Then the menu is just WOW great variety, excellent quality and the taste is really good. I recommend this place a 100%.
The owners are awesome! They greet you as soon as you go in and when ordering they help with any selections of their menu and it’s all so delicious 😁 I’ll recommend to stop by cause you will love it 😋😋
Stopped in here to get a drink with my daughters. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions to helping us pick out a drink. The drinks were amazing. We will definitely be returning soon to try out a different drink. Next time I might also get a waffle because they look delicious.
I went here based on a post I saw on fb. I’m soooo glad I did! The second I walked in the door, I was greeted by “hellos” and the atmosphere was soo chill. If I could I would bring my book in the morning, and wouldn’t leave until school pickup. I got to get to know the owners, as well as play Uno, and What Do You Meme with them. I truly felt like I was with friends I haven’t seen in years. I can’t wait to go back. In fact after I picked my son up, I went back to get him the “Spider-Man” Drink.
Great atmosphere! Owners are very friendly and make you feel welcomed! My favorite are the protein donuts !
I absolutely love this place! I’ve been waiting for a healthy, keto, low carb spot to open near me to help with my sweet tooth and God made it happen. The customer service is very sincere. They have various options of desserts that’s not pasty, to drinks and shakes that’s are delicious. Whole atmosphere is welcoming. I will continue to be a loyal customer, until my husband says otherwise 😅

Let me just start off by saying that I’m overdue for a visit! 😂 I went to the Grand Opening a few weeks ago and all I can say is that it was nothing short of amazing! The staff always work in excellence and care in service to their customers. The cafe has a very homey feeling and the atmosphere is super welcoming. The Drumstick shake is a must have & the Coconut Breeze tea was super refreshing. I can’t wait to come back and try more! 💥
