The owners treat the employees terrible. Then the employees pass it on the customers. Don't support businesses that don't support their employees.
If I could write a review without assigning a star I would have. This location deserves negative stars for their rude and unjust behavior. Sierra and Triss were very rude. Don't ask for a manager if you are unhappy with your service because they will tell you that you are harassing them and will hang up on you. Also check the lids on your coffee because they dont secure them well and if you spill your coffee on yourself because the lid wasnt secure like I did, they will tell you it's not their fault you spilled your coffee and to pound sand. Sierra and Triss need a lesson in customer service. Let us hope that their lack of caring and negligence doesn't effect the elderly population in the hospital!!

Maybe just a new employee. But besides not knowing how to guve change the blended drink taste exactly like ice, no flavoring whatsoever, or maybe they cut back on the floorings and added more ice to fill the cup? What a waste of money.
Showed up 15 minutes before closing and the man refused to serve food. Pretty heartless considering there was nothing else open at the hospital for the night and they were still open.

Love this place! A little pricey but worth it when you can splurge a bit :) Make sure you try to get Lexi, she is the best! If you aren't sure what you want, she will take the time to find out what type of flavors you like and give you suggestions etc plus for some reason all the drinks I get from her taste better I'm not sure if she makes them different than the others, but they definitely taste amazing! Plus she just has one of those personalities that puts u in a good mood, she takes the time to talk with her customers while she makes your treat :)
I have never been to this coffee shop so wasn’t familiar with their drinks. I asked for their most popular hot drink. She made me the Caramelicious and I am NOT disappointed! It is delicious!! Highly recommend!
