Coffee and the employees were good . I'm not impressed with the doughnuts. They taste and feel like pancake batter. I can make that at home. Glad I tried it.
The more fresh and delicious donuts ever. More expensive than the other bigger chains, but worth it. I recommend them for a birthday.

I walked in ducks doughnut and waited for 15 minutes without anyone saying hi or any form of acknowledgment. There was only about 4 people there. I walked out. WORST SERVICE EVER and super slow.
Delicious and warm donuts 🍩 been buying from them for a while. Also their coffee ☕️is really good too. Very pleased with them. Many great flavors to choose from, I do recommend them!
FIRST TIME AT THIS PLACE WAS JUST STROLLING BY AND LUCKED UP ON THE BEST DONUT I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ... THE FRENCH TOAST DONUT OMG TO DIE FOR... I WALKED IN ORDERED MY DONUT TOOK A BITE AND WALKED BACK INSIDE N TOLD EVERYONE IN BUILDING I NEVER IN LIFE HAD SUCH GOODNESS THEY ENDED UP GIVING ME 4 FREE DONUTS BECAUSE OF MY REACTION APPARENTLY I WAS THE FIRST TO EVER REACT IN SUCH A WAY LOL GOD HIMSELF MAD THESE DONUTS ..
It was very busy and there was only one employee working. He was very nice and professional, but there should have been three people working that shift. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. The donuts were good, so were our iced coffees. I felt really bad for the employee as other customers weren't as kind about waiting.
Literally the best doughnuts in the world. So many options and toppings to choose from. They have delicious coffees and breakfast sandwiches as well! They are a must everytime we are in the area. Can not recommend enough!!! Mikayla (not sure of spelling sorry) at the counter is amazing and made our experiences awesome!

Donuts are amazing especially the maple bacon and french toast donut. Kids can stand on ledge and watch the donuts being made. Will definitely be back.
I just hit deliver 1/2 dozen of assorted donuts to my hotel. They were warm but can tell from a microwave and all donuts tasted like a REGULAR GLASED Donut!! I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! Never again!!
Updated - They have addressed the bathrooms was still lacking on the charm that I originally loved this place for all the ducks everywhere. I bumped my review from 2star to 4 star. I get supply chain could be the issue with some of the merch but bring it back it was cute. Also please make a minor investment in a high chair or two!!! Obviously not that committed to cleaning. One bathroom sink doesn’t work at all and has dried up urine on the floor. Went in the ladies bathroom and the sink worked but had no soap. This is at 8 in the morning so you were not open long enough to have urine dried up on the floor. I’ve been going to this place for years and loved it but don’t see much pride of ownership dirty tables all the time all the decorations that were throughout the store don’t get replaced. No booster chairs or high chairs for kids which kind of floors me since kids obviously love doughnuts! Love the doughnuts but this location could use some love from ownership or management.
It's for people with a sweet tooth to satisfy their cravings. It is hard to go wrong when you can choose your own sweet toppings.
The donuts are good. Ordering is confusing because if you do exactly what the menu says, it's apparently wrong? Any sandwich with egg will include an unforgivably pitiful frozen egg puck that they microwave and charge 4 bucks for. It's really atrocious and they should feel bad about the quality of that one item, and please understand that I'm not faulting them for poor preparation or service. It's a choice made at the top about whether or not they were going to serve actual food or cut costs and it didn't go over like they'd hoped. Do better, Duck.
It must just be a fort Myers thing we’re stuff is just slow. Poor girl was by herself making donuts. Took forever. Meanwhile no one here to help her. Line just keeps getting longer
