Fantastic experience! I tried the key lime shake and the new Caribbean Empress tea. Both were amazing. I will be visiting every time I'm here.
You're making a mistake if you don't make this place a pit stop on your visit to Fort Myers Beach! Incredibly welcoming staff and atmosphere, drinks that are almost unbelievable in how healthy and low calorie they are despite the great flavor. Will be coming back every time I'm in the area 🤩
Healthy, delicious, & kid friendly. We got 3 shakes & a refresher- we loved it all. Service was excellent & so friendly. We’ll be back before we leave Fort Myers!!
SMOOTHIE, TEAS & WAFFLES are to die for! The great thing is it's all healthy & protein based but tasted DELICIOUS! 😋 Nothing you could ever imagine!

It doesn’t get better than a healthy meal surrounded by wonderful people on beautiful Ft. Myers Beach! Their shakes/ teas/ waffles and menu are superb. Love the Wave! 🎉
My book club and I went for a meeting and we had such a lovely time! We all had something different from the menu and loved everything! Even the protein doughnuts were amazing. The staff is also great! We will be back soon!!!
Love everything they have. My favorites are the Vanilla waffles and tea bombs. I recommend checking them out if you are on the beach!
Do yourself a favor and get a shake from here! Staff is so sweet and fun! Wish they were open until 6:00 so I could make it in time for dinner after work days!
I’ve been to this place twice and both times Kenny has been extremely professional, helpful and friendly! On top of that, the mixed berry smoothie is one of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going to their beach workout on Saturday morning!

What a wonderful place to take something healthy every morning in that beautiful town , excellent customer service, perfect for quick breakfast and those drinks are out of this world. We travel all over the country and never experienced anything so good. I highly recommend this place Cheers
Dont let the seemingly complicated menu discourage you, staff are great and will explain everything and make suggestions for whatever you're craving. The teas and shakes are amazing. Will definitely be returning as prices are fair and plenty of parking.
