If I could up the stars on Service and Food, I would. Really a great overall experience. My first time there, we were greeted by a friendly staff dedicated to great genuine service and quality food. (The turkey scramble was very yummy and packed a lot of flavor). The manager on duty was on top of everything and provided support as the staff needed it while checking on every table. Special kudos to Daniela (I hope I remembered her name correctly). Friendly and joyous is an understatement when describing her. She is the reason why I am writing this review and providing the deserved 5 stars. Because SHE ASKED for it. I work in the service industry myself, and not only do I embody and expect from my staff the same service that we received today, asking for a review in Google is a must and when the business gets it, it is invaluable. Great job Crema 👏, your people are ensuring you look good.
Excellent food, friendly environment, and great service. Daniela and Camila are excellent servers who are very alert and attend your needs.
I wanted this place to be great because it’s so conveniently close. My first dine in experience was great. They’re 2/6 now on carry out orders. No egg on an egg sandwich, forgot the potatoes, completely wrong order, didn’t get my order I placed through their app, not sure if I paid. the food is decent but the customer service and accuracy is a downfall. Barely an apology after continuous issues
Soy hot chocolate was amazing! Service was kind and lovely. We went back a second time and the cocoa was still the best I have ever had. Soy as an alternative is getting harder to find, some of us cannot tolerate oat or almond, THANK YOU for keeping this option!! The butter croissant was delicious and cinnamon scone, absolutely delicious, perfect textures.. also the best ever! Espresso this morning was perfect, dense with a dark rich crema dark chocolate and earthy notes. Atmosphere has a great vibe, everyone is welcoming and makes you feel at home. So glad we came back, will definitely visit again when we are in town! Wish you all were closer to where we live!

Such a wonderful experience! The food tastes GREAT and fresh! I stopped in on a whim with my toddler and couldn’t have been happier with my visit. The restaurant was super clean and inviting, has lots of food/drink/treat selections, and comfortable seating. Service is IMPECCABLE! Jairo and team were extremely engaging, answered questions & gladly modified a menu item for an allergy, checked in on us and sang my 2 year old son happy birthday with a special desert and candle!! Thank you Jairo and team for making our visit to Crema a lasting impression! We’re your fans and will be back soon!

First time at Crema but it won't be my last. Place is clean, staff is friendly and the freshly brewed coffee is perfection. Jairo came by my table to check if everything was okay with my order and offered another freshly brewed cuppa which I thought was very nice of him. Crema definitely got a new customer.
I brought my family here for the first time. This place has SUCH great food!! The coffee was SUPERB as well!!! We were a large group and Crema Gourmet was so accommodating. What a great experience!!! 5 stars!!!
Great spot for lunch or breakfast! Coffee tasted good, food was delicious, service was quick and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Short version: Quite disappointed about Crema, they market themselves as premium, nothing was premium about them. Longer version: ⏰ We came at 11:10AM on a Saturday morning, after 5 minutes in line, we placed our order. The drinks came in 10 minutes later but it took more than 30 minutes to get the food. Way too long. ☕️ I took an ice cappuccino. It did not taste good. It was an over roasted type that tastes burnt coffee. How about serving Wells beans instead? It’s a local brand and is premium quality for sure! 🥪I ordered the breakfast sandwich, while it was not bad, it was not good either. It was flavorless. ☕️ our order was “for here”, why was my cappuccino served in a plastic cup? Not only I don’t want to add to our plastic problem but drinking in plastic cup is definitely not “premium”. If you want a glass of water, you’ll also have to use a one-use plastic glass. 💵 We paid $56 for 2 drinks and 2 food items. I do not recommend this place.
My morning stop. Upscale coffee and sandwiches. Staff is eager to please. Quiet place to open your notebook (outside of rush hours).
What a great place, food was delicious and the service was top notch. Jairo was very friendly and helpful during our visit. Highly recommend going here for food and the illy coffee.
