My coffee test like water .. I prefer instant coffee

My coffee was delicious
Ordered the Creme Brulee latte and the White Chocolate Caramel latte, as well as the carrot "cake", marble poundcake, strawberry cake, and quite a few other items. Received exceptionally poor quality "cakes" with quality below that of 711 pound cakes for twice the price. As far as the "lattes", I could not tell the difference between my drink and my wife's drink. Again, even 711 can deliver better quality. Admittedly, this is the risk of ordering food through a delivery service, but that doesn't explain the sub-par quality of all of the items. Will never be unfortunate enough to order from Gloria Jean's again.
I get to enjoy my cup of iced mocha each time I go to Volusia mall.

It's an alright cup of coffee for the price. I ordered a latte and I got a latte. I don't like super sweet coffees like in Starbucks so this was the e place for me. Overall, I could have made a better cup of coffee at home with my expresso machine. But for on the go it wasn't bad.
The worker to their was really nice and the coffee was good too.
What a relief it is not to have Starbucks coffee.
Love the drinks! The owner is super friendly and works his butt off! Must stop in while visiting the mall for sure.
Was told by the short man working that i couldn't have water I needed for the medicine I needed to take unless I bought a bottle. I even offered to pay for the cup. So rude
Their staff is always courteous and quick, and there are always new drinks to try.
Best iced frozen coffee milkshake ever!!!
Stopped to grab a cup of coffee at Gloria Jeans coffee shop while shopping in the Volusia Mall. Asked for a 16oz Americano. Normally every where I go to get an Americano coffee the 16oz medium has 3 shots of espresso. My coffee stated weak, asked how many shots were added. Stated 2. Ok, how much to add another. A $1... Hmmm, a large has additional shot for .70 cents. I get Americanos because they are stronger coffee. Not here. To me a rip off. Will never give them my money again...
They have lots of coffee choices to choose from. My only complaint is that they only have like 4 non coffee choices to choose from. Would be nice if we could get a few new options for people that don't like coffee but like the way they make the non coffee options.
I ask the Indian guy that works there for some water that someone was shocking in the bathroom and he wouldn’t care , he say only water bottle and you must pay
