I end up in Joe Muggs Coffee because I refuse to visit the other big franchise coffee place. Joe Muggs Coffee is located inside Books a Million. The staff was friendly and promptly provided the service level that I wasn't expecting. I could see the barista creating my drink with care and detail. My caramel macchiato was delicious. I would be visiting again.
Worst barista place I ever had Ask for a cappuccino no expresso flavour at all. Basically got hot cup ok milk for 6 dollars. Ridiculous how is this place still open
the service was solid. the coffee was NOT good... couldn't even finish drinking what we ordered. waste of time and money.

Great place to sit and chill whilst taking a break from shopping in the retail park This place has got great lattes, a rarity in Florida (we went back again the next day for a morning latte to drink on the way up the I-4 to Universal). The staff were polite, prompt and well presented.
If you want some great coffee, come to Joe Muggs. The baristas are always nice and the coffee is always just as good as the service. I drive about 45+ minutes when I can just to come there and get a frappe. 100% suggest everybody go there at least once. It is inside the Books-A-Million, so you can purchase a book and then sit down and sip on some well made coffee while doing so.
definitely not the best coffee in area as some others have stated in the review section. I came today and not only was there an unnecessary Wait to get the coffee ( I’m not sure what she was doing I’m pretty sure she was looking around the store instead of being in the cafe ) I asked for a recommendation and the description she gave of the drink is the complete OPPOSITE of how I thought the drink would be WHO POURS HOT Espresso over a vanilla frappe ???! Why wouldn’t u blend it pure laziness. She was really sweet and gave me a different one but for that reason I would never recommend this place and for the price u might as well go to Starbucks !

Got a pumpkin spice latte with caramel. Very disappointed. Didn't taste good at all and definitely didn't tast like pumpkin. Didn't drink it. Scone was very mediocre as well
Not as homey as some places, but as far as small cafes go, the coffee here is much better than the competitions! Not so bitter and always fresh. They also have great baristas who will make you just about anything, even if it's not in the menu. The only thing I would say is they need more outlets for customers using laptops.
