Coffee fantastic however customer service based on rules horrible you can't even ask for oatmilk mixed with milk they have rules against this you can't pour your own Creamer if you have an allergenic problem they make it impossible for you to enjoy your 1st time they're based on what you need even if you wanted to pay for it yourself. I'm giving it a 3 star just because the coffee was good
Met a friend for brunch and was not disappointed! I wish I took pics but I was enjoying the indoor scenery. Lots of sunflowers (my fav flower) and sat on the indoor swing. Their chia tea is phenomenal (better than Starbucks IMO). I got the guava and cheese pastry which was divine and my friend got the Vegan McBluffin which I was drooling over. 💯 so good!
Lady and the Mug is a good place to enjoy coffee and have a nice time with friends. Four stars for the religious signs.
One of my top coffee shops in Coral Springs. The interior design is lovely and the staff is always welcoming. Not to mention their coffee is great, especially my favorite, the latte!
Regular here for a couple years now. Wonderful local coffee spot. Cute ambience, great service, great coffee. The food is okay, lots of vegan-vegetarian options, but easy 5 stars regardless. I can’t stress the friendly environment and quality of the drinks enough.
Paid $5 for a machiato!!! Got literally one expresso shot maybe. Big rip off!!!
Amazing place ! 2nd time here and I ordered the Panini, Iced Caramel Latte and Chocolate croissant. Very delicious and I love the atmosphere 💙💙

I ordered their vegan bacon burrito on Uber eats. I paid 8 dollars for a tiny bean burrito, no vegan bacon. Over priced and underwhelming…
Please explain the reasoning behind not being able to serve a guest hot water with the tea bag on the side… most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard “it’s against the rules” what rule is this?!
Visited from out of town. WAY overpriced. Paid $40 for 3 coffees & 2 breakfast sandwiches. All of which were mediocre at best. Definitely better tasting & more affordable options around.
It’s a $$$ and serve $ drinks and food. Nice staff, over priced and under served. If you wanna waste your money this is the place.

My coworker and I decided to come to lady and the mug for a second chance this morning. We stopped next door for an açaí bowl and got coffee from lady and the mug while we started our morning. This coffee shop is on the way to our office so it’s convenient for us and we’ve been looking for a nice morning atmosphere. While seated, with our coffees, we were promptly told we needed to move away from the business and consume our coffee and açaí bowls at the tables next door. We were apparently violating a “health code”. The woman who worked at lady and the mug was sassy about it as well. We had purchased and were consuming their product yet told to leave. We left with a icky feeling and had a poor start to the day with a poor attitude directed at us to kick it off. This was our second time here as the first time we also had a poor experience. Oh I almost forgot to mention, the coffee tastes gross. It’s burnt and bitter. What could have been tons of revenue over the year for this business by us getting coffee on the way to work turned into a poor experience. Avoid.
cute coffee place in coral springs. i had been eyeing it on insta for a while and finally decided to go. it was pricey but the cold brew was good and really had me caffeinated from a long night at work. i’ve come back a few times and my only wish is that when i say splash half and half it really is like a splash. it comes out really milky and tastes like full cup of cream. i got the chocolate croissant which was good but i’m not sure if they use an egg glaze on top of it because it smelt like egg. either way, cute spot that i like to visit after my daughter finishes speech therapy at broward health.
The place is under renovation so I expect a bit of chaos, however, not as bad as what we endured. The place looked dirty, used dirty plates and cups all over the place, we waited around 30 min to order no one cleaned anything. A customer in front of us asked the lady to please clean a table so they can seat as there seating is extremely limited but with no fruit the customer actúa has to asked for a wipe and she cleaned the table herself. Finally we got to order, I unfortunately did not had a chance to get anything since they were out. My sister got a chi tea latte could not drink it because the mug has a foul smell. The work area looked messy and with dirty dishes laying everywhere. I am very disappointed and extremely surprised because I’ve been coming here for the longest time and food, service, cleanliness and atmosphere has always been on point exceptionally excellent. I will try it again but I’ll wait a couple of months till they finish with the remodeling hopefully it will be the way it was before. **UPDATE** went today, renovation is done and the place is exceptional, great atmosphere, drinks on point and delicious, staff friendly and knowledgeable, clean. Very happy, this is the lady and the Mug I remembered. Definitely recommend this coffee shop to everyone. Thank you! very happy customer.

Went here with some friends two weeks ago. This was the first time at this place and I found it from google. The place is small but I loved it! I loved the atmosphere and all the options they offer. I bought the banana bread and it was delicious and big slice. I think the prices are very fair and staff was very attentive. I would recommend this place, especially if you want a non Starbucks coffee place. This is the coffee place you can come and enjoy you coffee and some bites and just the relax feel. I recommended it to my niece, she loved it too and the options for vegan and vegetarian options are great , serves a larger population. I would return here again. Really happy to find this place.
Cute little coffee shop right in the middle of Coral Springs. Love the ambience, music and their array of baked offerings amongst a lovely cup of Java. I love me a nice cup of mocha and this place has one of the best. It helps there is a covered patio like sitting outside for added ambience
The Quality of the drinks are Simple superior to other coffee shops. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend.
