I love foxtail normally, but this experience has really turned me off. We ordered two iced matcha lattes and both of them came out without much matcha in them… they were flavored milk essentially. Normally, matcha is a stark green color, yet these were white. The issue isn’t with them being made wrong, rather it is with the staff member who looked at the $7 matcha lattes we paid for (+ tip) and were fine giving us overpriced milk. When I asked if she could put more matcha in, she did, but it is still nowhere near what matcha should be (or normally is at Foxtail for that matter). The higher prices here normally ensure that you’re getting a better quality product, but not in this case, not when the staff are fine presenting a poor quality product to the customer and acting like it shouldn’t be an issue.

Lilly and Kiran are so nice and helpful! This was my first time at a foxtail location and not only was the coffee good, but the egg, ham, and cheese croissant was delicious. Both employees were so helpful and entertaining. They had amazing suggestions and were able to make me ( a picky coffee drinker) a drink out of my regular starbucks order. They have awesome drink suggestions and are so creative and quick when making it! Compared to starbucks, they seem to have higher quality supplies such as flavors and the actual coffee beans/ grounds. I would highly recommend foxtail coffee co, especially this location due to the excellent service and wonderful people! I will be visiting again, thank you Kiran and Lilly!

My new favorite coffee cafe. My 1st visit and very impressed. The atmosphere was calm, pleasant and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I had many questions on their coffee selections and they were answered with details politely and patiently. I had the matcha tea and husband had the vanilla caramel iced coffee. Matcha tea was excellent and the vanilla caramel iced coffee was so delicious; it tasted like coffee ice cream. As a coffee connoisseur I highly recommend this place for an excellent experience.

I'm only rating from a professional standpoint. From a personal perspective this place is great, however, for business or school or meetings it's not. Service was great, young, vibrant people. Food was just ok, coffee of course is amazing. If you're looking for a quiet place to work or study, this is NOT it. Music was awesome but loud. Lots of background noise and chatter. Great atmosphere to have fun but again this review is solely based on finding a nice remote location for business or school.

I got lucky Lindsay was in here teaching the new owners about coffee and made me a cup and it was so good I'm on a coffee high. She's an expert brought in on occasions. •Proper espresso cup- ✅ •Espresso to milk ratio- ✅👌 •Spoon not needed •quality coffee beans ✅ 👌 •local cute environment✅👌 Overall - over the moon good ✅ Professional opinion- The is the home base coffee shop for foxtail coffee. This cup made my morning! The vibe here is perfect and you can work study and network no problem :). The photos speak more than my words enjoy. Thank-you Lindsay.
Definitely one of the better foxtail locations in this area but still very over priced!
Great coffee shop! Today was my first time there and I loved! Super friendly staff and great coffee ☕️😋 Got an Iced Mocha Latte and I’ll definitely come back to try other options :)
