My family and I have been visiting this establishment for awhile now. Overall, each time our shakes and teas have been good. However, the service has never been welcoming, the young women behind the counter hardly speak and barely make eye contact. Today was the first time that we’ve ever had an issue with our order, and the first time that either of us have ever had to bring anything back. Upon bringing back the shake due to it not being mixed properly (the ingredients were clumpy) the young woman was rude and made it seem as though the mistake was our fault and wanted to us to repay for a newly prepared shake when the first was incorrect. We consistently order the same shake each time we come and in the past their have been no issues. In no way shape or form were we looking for a hand out or to be an issue we simply wanted our shake prepared correctly. Again, this is our first experience in which the product was not well. Yet we are not sure if we will be returning due to the lack of hospitality and inconsideration.
Great shakes, employees, prices, and decor!! I wish they had longer hours!
I love this place! I quit drinking Bang (I know) energy drinks and strictly get the lifted teas as my caffeine! Best thing I ever did for my body. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. I never have any idea what I want so I give them a flavor idea or craving and they put it together for me 😆. They have a drive thru for call in orders so you never have to get out of hermit mode. Love it here! Thankful the sweet owner and local, Savannah, for working so hard to give us healthy options in such a small town. Thank you, ladies!

The comments about Emma sound personal and like some small town drama hating. She just seems quite to me, maybe young and learning too. But she gets those teas and shakes on point!!! ☝️ I've never had a bad experience here. The beach bum is my favorite! Julia & Emma always take care of me, and other customers when I'm in with great respect. Not to mention they are always looking good and dressed cute! Neighbor nutrition will always be my lift! ❤️
I love this place...Emma is so very sweet everytime I have entered the building which is indeed everyday...She explains any questions I have and is very friendly l..The only reason anyone could say anything negative about her,would have to be a personal reason outside of the shop because I have been on there when it was packed and everyone was pleased....Keep up the great work Emma...
love this place especially the worker emma, she is the reason i come back!! she always has the biggest smile on her face and makes my day better. she also helps me try different amazing drinks each time!!

Neighborhood Nutrition is my favorite stop for a quick & yummy breakfast before school! All the employees are so pleasant and helpful!
On my first visit last week Julia and Emma were very helpful with ideas and suggestions of what to order. The Electric Lemonade tea was delicious, refreshing, and gave me a great boost of energy to make it through my afternoon slump. You can sit at the bar or the tables leisurely scrolling and listening to music like I did or order at the drive through. They were busy with phone in orders as people let them know they were on their way. Nice little shop, helpful efficient employees, I will return and try other items on the menu. ❤️
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It has the best drinks AND the absolute best staff!! I don’t know how anyone could give it any less than 5 stars! If you are LOCAL to Chipley or live around there it is for sure worth the trip. They are a professional buisness that deserves nothing less than 5 ⭐️. I especially had a GREAT experience with employee Emma. She is the sweetest person and I can tell that she values and takes pride in her work. My visits there make my day :)). 10/10 recommend!!

I go in 4 to 5 days a week and get shakes and always get good service. Enjoy going here very much and plan to continue.

Emma Laursen is a wonderful, hardworking and welcoming employee. It was a joy to go get a shake from there last week. I told her what I liked and she gave me a great suggestion of a shake she thought I would like. She was right! I loved it! I’m so appreciative of people like her in a small town like this.
The girls in there are very helpful. Can’t believe anyone would give any less then 5 stars. I find it funny those bad reviews come from people that aren’t local.
