This is a review that hurts a little. So let’s start with the food, Avacado toast is what I had and it was yummy. A nice healthy breakfast to get the day going. My coffee… a mocha and it too was good. So here is what makes me sad, the service was horrible! And I mean uncomfortable, horrible. The gentleman working must have been having a hard day, because the mere stress of a simple request to repeat what he said because I didn’t hear him made him rude and abrupt. Unfortunately, it didn’t just stop with me, when my friend who was meeting me for breakfast asked him to repeat the bread choices because she was still trying to decide he was super huffy to her. So much so, he really hurt her feelings. Considering there wasn’t much of a line and now day business should be a good thing, his behavior really confused me. There was another employee there too, but she was busy with task and didn’t even look up. It almost seemed like this treatment was normal. Unfortunately, though the product was good, the ambiance cute I will not be returning. It really left a sour impression.

Wow. This place is a hidden gem!! My family loves to go here. Where do I start? Everyone is friendly, prices are reasonable, and coffee is unique and amazing. Service is great and even though it gets packed they get orders done pretty quick. The pancake dog good too!
I've been here twice now and each time this place has been PACKED! Now, when I say that PLEASE do not take it as a negative. They crank the orders OUT! Max wait time for 2 drinks/2 orders of food is 20 minutes. And realistically, it's worth every single minute of it. The place is named after their precious rescue puppy Penny, and you need to try some of her favorites on the menu! I reccomend the White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha (Iced), while my fiance reccomends the Iced Macha Latte! Give this place a try and I promise you will not be dissapointed.
We got coffee here for the first time. It’s a great place. It’s got good coffee, great service, and a great vibe. We really enjoyed it and will be back.
Super cute shop! The cinnamon cold brew, which was listed as a favorite, was incredible!

Penny's is a wonderful hidden gem in Cape Coral, FL. The cafe is named after the owner's beloved rescue dog and supports Animal Rescue in the community by hosting various events & fundraising. The cafe itself is absolutely adorable with it's penny floor and custom made table tops. There or lovely gift options for purchase as well. The drink menu is vast with coffee selections, Lotus drinks, and Matcha all available. If you don't see a specialty drink available, ask. The staff & owner are welcoming & can figure it out! Lovely, little gem. Must visit!
Great coffee, super kind team. Nice selection of baked goods, teas, ground and bean coffee to go.had a latte mishap, went back in to purchase another. They insisted on replacing, and made me another drink quickly. Wonderful experience, and I will make Pennys a regular stop when in Cape Coral.
Solid Coffee and really nice aesthetic. The penny floor is really unique. I also really enjoyed the fact that they offer lotus energy drinks. Not many shops I know offer that which is a huge bonus in my book.
A wonderful coffee cafe! The barista was very friendly and knowledgeable and our coffees were amazingly smooth. We had a pumpkin cake roll that was delicious! We highly recommend this quaint spot!
$10 for a latte if we added a couple shots, service was obviously not interested in answering questions and could care less. We drove all the way there because of the good reviews. What a let down.

Great little coffee house!! We had two of the cold specialty drinks. Mine was a delicious raspberry, white chocolate frappe. My wife's drink had pistachio on it. They were so good. We also had a yummy toasted asagio bagel with cream cheese. Service was great. We sat outside and had a wonderful view. It is a great place to relax and enjoy some conversation. We will be back!
We were visiting Cape Coral and wanted to find a local coffee shop. We came across Penny’s and loved it! We went back 3 more times 🤗 We were too excited for local coffee and forgot to take a photo. Also, we are from Alaska and they carry Ravens Brew coffee! What a full circle ❤️ Small businesses support each other. If y’all are in the Cape Coral area, check out Penny’s. You won’t regret it 👍

Love this place! Perfect atmosphere with great music playing at a level where you can actually have a quiet conversation. Excellent coffee and pastries! Very Zen.
Penny’s is a cute little local shop. My husband and I got up early to try it out. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast so much we took some to go for kids who stayed in bed at the house. Definitely worth a stop. The prices were as good as the product :)
