Roasted Rooster has some of the best coffee I’ve had in Nassau county. The flavors are delicious and the prices are pretty good. I go every time we are in Callahan. I love their White Chocolate Mocha iced. 🤤

Be very careful when visiting this place. It is very addicting! The staff is super friendly and efficient. The coffees are AMAZING and so are the danish/muffins. I love to order ahead via online ordering and even in store the wait time is usually minimal.
Yummy! This place is always busy, but you can place an order online and pick it up! Their iced caramel machiatto is really, really good!

Roasted Rooster has the best coffee in Nassau County. Always excellent quality and if it isn’t, they will fix it right away, no questions asked. Excellent and quick service. Their cold brew is unmatched!!
It was a cold morning and there was a long line ahead of me, approximately 10 other people in store. Service was friendly and surprisingly quick.

Roasted Rooster is easily the best coffee we have had not only in Callahan, but in all of Jacksonville (and quite possibly beyond) They also have more sugar free and dairy free options than other coffee houses! (especially Starbucks) My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is honestly their ambiance… it is a beautiful location but they still kinda treat it like a food truck. (Walk-up and take out) I would love to meet clients here or to sit and get some work done but they desperately need tables and chairs- not just waiting benches… maybe even some coffee house music and a few more pastry/ breakfast bite options.
Good customer service, clean and nice establishment
The coffee shop was cute and people were nice but my husbands Americano was almost $9 (he added one extra shot) which is the most I've ever seen for that drink, also they gave me a different drink than what I ordered. We don't mind paying for good coffee but the prices were unusually high here.

This place is my absolutely favorite place for coffee!!!! This shows you how bad Starbucks actually is because I don’t mind paying for premium items in life as longs as it’s worth it and consistent. Super awesome people work there which is great to see them every morning. So far everything I have tried is wickedly addicting. They open up early too!!! If there is a line don’t be concerned ….They are very fast !!!!
