Nice place, homely with nice outdoor seating. There was, however, a smell of dogs outdoors which was a bit bothersome but I am typically sensitive to the smell. Iced coffee was good. Would return to try the foods.

Me and my family seek this place out bc their coffee is so good. One of the top coffee places in Delaware hands down. However, the person taking our order today, 4/22/23 around 10:30, was extremely rude and condescending. So much that her co-workers had to make remarks to her. Requirement for someone working the register should be friendly and hospitable. Gave it a 3 strictly based on coffee.
I got a cookie dough hot chocolate and it tasted just like a warm chocolate chip cookie. Amazing. The banana nut muffin was also great.
Had an excellent Matcha Latte! Nice service, I went at a slow time with friends and it was very accommodating but I can imagine mornings must be hectic!

House of Coffi is the preferred Pick-me-up of state employees in the neighborhood. Better than Starbucks. Great coffee, good service, great location and lovely space. they also have local artists and crafters work for sale.
House of Coffi was the only place to get coffee on Sunday afternoon that wasn't Starbucks, DD, or Wawa. My 16 ounce coffee was completely average, and my husband felt his vegan oatmeal raisin cookie was very dry.
Small town coffee shop with a big personality. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and fun, and the coffee and snacks are tasty. So happy to support local businesses!
The environment is great! The coffee and staffing weren't good. Our coffee was made wrong, once fixed it was still nasty. The people looked like they didn't care about us or what we wanted. Played on their phones. Only 1/3 staff members were actually working. $5-$10 for a cup of coffee is outrageous
The staff, menu, and ambiance are all 5 stars! This place is a hidden gem (on the main street) of downtown Dover. Go check it out, you will not be sorry for supporting a local business.
Absolutely adorable coffee shop. I stepped in to warm up during the Oct-Dover fest and was delighted to find a variety of drinks with fall festive names. Overall it is like stepping into a coffee shop on the set of a movie. I've never seen anything like it. There is a lot of seating and their hot chocolate is good!

I heard that the House of Coffi was a nice coffee shop to go to, and today my mom and I went there because she needed to get some coffee beans. We ordered the Christmas drinks (she ordered the Grinch drink and I ordered the Nutcracker drink) and they tasted amazing! When I entered House of Coffi I immediately got good vibes, I felt so cozy and safe. I also love the art they display, and the art they promote. I totally recommend visiting. I plan to go more often, such a nice place to get coffee.
My first experience here was by far the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Kristin, the owner greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She is very friendly! I’ve found my new workspace 😌😁🫶🏽🙏🏽. The toasted marshmallow & peanut butter iced coffee and apple cider donut are delicious!!!!!
Stopped in here yesterday for the first time as I was visiting the area. Staff was really nice and it was a really chill atmosphere. Will definitely make the trip back soon. Also love the art on the walls!!!
Some of the best coffee out there. They have light, medium, and dark roast. If you like your coffee a certain way, this is the spot.
Spry on their feet. The friendly Barista's know how to prepare great COFFI, with a smile. Picked up one of the sweatshirts and am super pleased as it is so soft! I like the artwork adorning the walls, (which you can purchase.) All kinds of space stuff. Gotta get me some of that, too! - Cheers
