Wonderful staff and location. Kind and makes a killer drink and I am always so pleased when I stop by. I was also here when the previous reviewer was in. She was verbally rude to the staff during her visit and I'm shocked she turned it on them. Wanted to share my experience :)
I would like to start by saying I absolutely love this coffee shop and the coffee is delicious everytime, but on Friday, May 12, the women working the counter was extremely rude to my daughter and I from the time we walked in. I understand everyone has a bad day but I can't stress enough the level of rudeness we received. I never would leave a bad review, but this employee needs some training on customer service.

Absolutely love the welcoming alternative atmosphere and aesthetic. Creative drink flavors are my favorite and the ones offered here are amazing!
Really good! I got a chocolate almond iced coffee and it was great :) — definitely will come back again. Decorated really cool and staff was super nice and quick. Use the little ramp outside and then walk in and it’s on the right to find the door to come in.
Came here after seeing one the specialty drinks on social media. It did not disappoint!! Very delicious. Also, the location is pretty awesome. There are a bunch of local shops all co located. Makes for a fun afternoon date spot.

Five stars aren’t enough! Stopped here while visiting friends in the area and instantly fell in love. Had to drive back again on the second day. The coffee here is flavorful, aromatic — basically every positive adjective you would typically use to describe coffee. As an added bonus for those like to to rep the small businesses they love, the shop has a merch section and it’s all totally sick. Had to stop myself from turning into a walking Perkatory billboard. Long story short: if you’re reading reviews to decide whether or not to go, take this one as a sign to just hit “directions” and go already ☕️
Very cool place in an old brick building. Entrance is on the side away from street. Great atmosphere. The employee was very helpful because I had lots of questions. Brought home a pound of the New England and it is wonderful! Love hanging out with friends here! Coolest place in Southington!

Delicious coffee and friendly service! Atmosphere is relaxed and cool - a great place to catch up with a friend or get some work done. Great music! Great merch! Their grounds are the only we use at home!
Great atmosphere and coffee. Despite the death before decaf bumper stickers, they do still make exceptions for pregnant people! Very friendly and such a fun menu
