i love their seasonal specials, it’s really something that always has me coming back to see what’s next! a great atmosphere & fantastic place to get some work done!
Not so friendly service I asked for a highchair for my granddaughter. The response was so cold. The coffee and lunch was very very good. Atmosphere is very welcoming.
I had a lavender latte, one of their seasonal lattes, loved it! They have nice sitting area where I was able to sit and get my work done. The best thing about them is that they stay open late! Will definitely go back.
A facade of what a New England boutique coffee roaster / eatery should be. Bird-sized portions, cold food, and mediocre coffee. Look elsewhere if you’re really looking for a “4.5 star” breakfast establishment.
Beautiful place and the breakfast burrito is delicious!
Great place to relax and chill. Love the atmosphere. Highly recommend
The staff here is friendly and helpful. I love that they have unique specials and their pastries are always fresh and delicious. They often have coffee that they sell in store that supports great causes. I make an excuse to come here whenever I am in the area.
First time here was the first nice Sunday of this spring. Pair that with a car show and the place was quite busy. Instead of standing in line to order I downloaded the app and used it instead. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and an ice coffee drink. The app said about 25 minutes. I figured that was normal, it's not a fast food place so I went to sit outside. 20 minutes later I went inside in case my order was ready ahead of schedule since it has happened before at other places. About 5 minutes later they called my name and I went up and saw the iced coffee waiting with the receipt. I got the coffee and waited a few minutes for the food. It didn't come out so I brought the coffee to the person it was for outside. I went back in and waited a few more minutes but nothing. I decided I'd rather wait outside and just check the app to see if it would let me know when the food was ready. I saw someone I knew outside and talked to them for awhile. A guy on a motorcycle couldn't get his bike to start so we push started him in the parking lot. My friend was leaving so I went back in to get the food. I figured it was waiting by now. Still not there. This time I noticed a sign on the counter that said food will take 1 hour. Ok that's twice as long as the app said but it must be close to an hour by now so it should be ready soon. The little girl sitting at the table selling girl scout cookies asked if I would like any. I said no thanks I already have a bunch at home. Her mom reminds her to let me know I can buy a box to donate. I go inside and they call my name. I get the bag with my breakfast burrito in it. No breakfast sandwich though. Oops it's not ready it will be a few more minutes but they gave me a light up buzzer this time. I wait a few minutes and the buzzer goes off. I bring it up and place it on the counter. Someone goes in the back and brings it out to me. I bring the food outside and give the breakfast sandwich to the person who ordered
Will never come here ever again. I drove 30 minutes to try this place out because of its reviews... stood in line for 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me. I had initially gone in to try the avocado toast and the pumpkin latte. It was 12:02 when my order was taken. I asked for the avocado toast and I was told they stopped serving it at 12. Being that I was in like for 15 minutes I figured they could make the exception for the two minutes.. I explained this to the woman.. she stated she can't have it done and that if she asks about it the management will start to yell at her!!!!! Are you kidding me?????? Management yells at you for asking a question? I think I'm for certain when I say I do not want to eat or drink from an establishment where the employees are scared to ask questions due to getting yelled at. When he girl went to the back she didn't even appear to speak to anyone ... probably because of her claim that she would get yelled at... So at that point I was turned off .. I left without a coffee and without my toast.. I called to speak to the manager ... who really didn't even care himself. He apologized and stated he would get this resolved for me and even went as far as stating "I will ask the questions you were looking for answers to, I will get to the bottom of this, and I'm sure we can find some type of resolution" yet he didn't care to take down my name or my phone number... just another over rated coffee shop.
The servers were friendly, but the line was long. I would say that's a good thing popularity wise, but still, I waited for about 20 minutes to get to the counter and order. My drink was meh and was quite expensive. It was not what I was expecting. I got the maple brown sugar oat shaker, and it tasted like a really strong cinnamon flavor (think fireball cinnamon), which was very surprising since it said it would just have a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top) and is not a flavor I would have chosen. I will absolutely give it another try as some of their other options sounded really yummy, and I hear nothing but great things about this place! Until next time!
They make great fresh cheese burgers and delicious fries. Don't be in a rush, you get a good quality sandwich and little pricey. But you get fresh food so worth the money and wait.
Cute place for a quick (breakfast)bite. Kind of on the pricier side for what they serve. The pecan caramel cheesecake cup is worth coming back here for. Everything else is just average, not bad but nothing special.
This is one of my favorite local coffee shops! I wish them nothing but good business and positive vibes! They're so awesome!
Spacious both in and out. Great outdoor space. Creative menu. Will go back again for sure.
Me and my friends we went in the evening today and there was live band and atmosphere was great! We went for blueberry burst and hat in the ring 🍻 Evening well spent!
Edit: My family and I came back, and it still does not disappoint! The food is top-notch! The staff are passionate and will go alone and beyond to make the customer happy! The photo is the Breki Burrito-fully loaded. The coffee was great! The pastries looked delicious, I will definitely be trying them next time I visit. The breakfast burrito was fully stuffed and tasted great. If you are a coffee lover, then you need to try Birdhouse coffee. They roast their own coffee beans, and the beans are fresh. They make the coffee in many different ways.
Yesterday was my 2nd visit to this popular coffee house/brewery. My 1st visit a few months ago was a quick stop to grab a pastry, coffee and a bag of coffee. All were top notch. Today I had time to sit in the cafe. I ordered a pour over and egg sandwich w/bacon. The device I was given to show my order was ready never buzzed so this affected my view. My sandwich was on toast and sat on the counter for a bit before I ventured up to find it. It was a good egg sandwich but being wrapped up for a bit, the sourdough toast was no longer very toasty! But I enjoyed it and bacon had nice smokey flavor. I make pour over at home so I know it takes a bit. As I ate and waited for my coffee, and my buzzer didn't buzz, I did go up to discover a few coffees sitting on the counter. Found my pour over. No creamer of any sort at coffee fixing station. Have never run into this at any coffee place. Had to then wait in line to get cream or half and half. Inexcusable. Why pay for a tip? There is no service. It is self serve. Wasteful in that I used a fraction of cream I was given in a small cup. After adding it to my already cooled coffee, my coffee was barely warm and I drank only half. This is a coffee house, and all of this is easily rectified. Drinks should be called out and there absolutely has to be what one needs at the coffee fixing station. The Owl dark roast was on point and I would get it again.
Average breakfast at best. Muffins and coffee were good but breakfast sandwiches and egg plate was poor. Breakfast potatoes were packaged cubes. Big disappointment as this was the first time we took some good friends with us. Quality of food did not equal the prices.
So disappointed! I ordered croissant and blueberry muffin both were hard and stale. I returned the croissant and got a scone that was hard too. Only coffee was good.
The best branding I've ever seen for a coffee shop. It feels like such an upscale experience!
