Great coffee, good service, Place is very dated inside.
terrible customer service! i asked for 2 dozen sprinkled bess bites for my toddler. once i left i noticed i was given 2 dozen plain bess bites. not a huge deal, i went back in and let them know i was given the wrong product. i’m told “ok well we’re out of the sprinkled bess bites”. i said okay i wish i was told instead of sent off with plain ones. i’ll just get sprinkled donuts that add up to the cost of these. once she rushed and packed the donuts up i said “thank you, my toddler would’ve had a meltdown with plain donuts” and to that im told “ok well we’re out of the sprinkled ones idk what to tell you”. umm you tell someone you’re out of a product instead of sending them in their way with the wrong thing??? the other employees were wonderful though.

Best coffee in town and the staff are always warm and friendly.
Great Coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is super friendly . Old timers sit inside and talk local events. I’ll definitely be back soon
The Pawcatuck location is stale and crummy , just like their donuts. Plus the coffee tastes like donut grease .

I prefer strong coffee so I dont get hot coffee here but I love the freezes!!! And the croissant bacon scrambled egg and cheese is pretty good. I like the people always upbeat!

EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER THERE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ABOVE ALL SINCERE AND CARING. YOU ARE NOT TREATED AS JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER OR A NUMBER THEY ALWAYS TREAT EVERYONE LIKE FAMILY. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel... received uncooked bacon, egg AND cheese on an old toasted everything bagel 🤷🏻♀️ idk what happened
Was out of my donut flavor and claimed they could not make a coffee drink listed on the menu.
They make a good Ice coffee and the people are friendly

So torn on this rating, honestly. I think the coffee is really good, and has its own distinct flavor (a subtle nutty flavor). However the hours of operation are just 🙄🙄. I understand the pandemic that we have been dealing with, but the drive-thru should stay open beyond 7:30. Not going crazy and saying 24 hours, but is 9pm that crazy?

I drove a long way just to have Best Eaton coffee from my youth. Wish there was one closer. Pepole are always courteous and smiling.
