Nice little coffee shop in a cute area of east Haven. Coffee is 4/5 nice flavor, a tad bitter but in a good way. A few baked gods in the case. Limited seating inside and a small front deck, the noise from the air system next door is a little annoying but otherwise cool

Big fan of ERC. Great coffee and the staff are awesome. Shout-out to Dave and Sydney for caffeinating the community as long as they have. Hoping they bring back beloved menu items. Cheers!

Perfect spot for a bagel and a hot beverage!
While the quality is good, waiting 25 min for a coffee is ridiculous. Prioritize your waiting in person customers, or run 2 coffee stations. Sent out the wrong size too, but certainly didn’t try and correct it with that wait time.

Awesome little spot! Had the avocado bagel and it was delicious.
Use to be one of my go to place in East Rock. The bagel are fine and original, good taste but unfortunately the customer experience is not enjoyable at all: long wait for 2 bagels even when the cafe is not busy. The staff is having conversation between themselves instead of tending to their customers needs … This post is the results of multiple visits this past 10 days. Unfortunately I won’t go back.

Made me wait outside in the cold because i forgot a mask. This was after one guy offered me a mask (he was cool), I said sure and he came back and said don't worry about it. After they took my money, another guy made me wait outside in 15 degree weather, absolutely rude
Never actually been. But I saw a TikTok of a folk punk dad who featured this shop on one of his videos. Now I'm super curious and one day I intend of visiting.

Exorbitant wait on a Saturday morning. Took >20 min for a coffee and sandwich. Needs to improve process to decrease wait times.
Decent cappuccino, outdoor seating available (no indoor seating).
