The Baker’s Brewery has consistently good food, a chill vibe, and fantastic beer. Make sure to get a fresh pretzel! Highly recommended!
We had a pre-wedding day happy hour party for family members from each side to meet. The party space was perfect for 35 people and the service was great. We had appetizers and drinks for 2hours, the planning process was so easy, and the staff was very accommodating. The Baker's Brewery is a favorite spot for my son and daughter-in-law who live in Silverthorne, the food and drinks were great and the event was very affordable and low-key!
This was our first time eating here. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was great, and our server, Dayna, was wonderful. A must try. Everything was delicious. Will definitely come back! The only thing I would’ve done differently is take a picture of it before we ate it so I could’ve posted how awesome it was! Great portions!
Amazing food. Was staying at the hotel across the street and it was so good we came back the next day. Hunters Pie and the Snow Bird Sandwich
Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fantastic, our bartender/ server Cameron was also fantastic and very patient with me trying new beers.
So great, every time. The service, the food, and the beer are all very good and consistently so. The brown ale was exceptionally a good today, probably the best I've ever had of that style.
Every single person ive come across that works here has been amazing. Knowing that, the owner made brew exceeded my expectations as well. Thanks! 🤙🏻
Across the street from hotel, so very convenient and an excellent find! Fajita Salad rated very good, I had Fish & Chips (without Blueberry Sauce, sorry), HOMEMADE Fries and Green Beans with Bacon. All excellent and all topped by Ian’s service and sense of humor! Thank you!
Had the Green Chile soup with some pulled pork added for protein…friggin delicious. My wife had the Beer cheese soup with jalapeños in a bread bowl…also delicious. Cotton Mouth IPA was good, service was stellar. Will visit again next time I’m in town.
My wife and I visited this place after hiking The Mayflower Gulch; the food was Outfreakin’STANDING, and the beer was phenomenal! My wife and I are fans of dark beer and this place’s K-Pow Imperial Stout and Sasquatch Brown Ale (brewed on bourbon casks) did not disappoint. The service topped off a great experience. Will not only recommend, but definitely visit again!
Good selection of beer and I had the hunters pie which was awesome on a cold night
I wanted to love it... I really did. So I ordered several types of food to give myself a good overview. It was all just meh. Literally everything came out to the table cold. Appetizer and food. It's a bit chaotic, even on a general Wednesday night. Waitstaff needs a lot of work. Fries were tasty. Focacia is delicious. Get the Brown Dog beer. Fantastic.
After 3 long days of skiing and one member of our family breaking her leg, we decided to skip cooking and go to dinner tonight. Most restaurants we called in Silverthorne were over an hour wait, didn’t take reservations and very rude! We called The Bakers Brewery to see if we could get our party of 11 in right away. They were amazingly accommodating and told us over the phone they’d push together tables and seat us if we headed right over. While at the restaurant, the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel so comfortable. The atmosphere of the brewery is fun and inviting. BUT the best part is the food!! All 11 of us were blown away by the fresh, homemade meals we each had!! We were all expecting typical bar food but we’re served the most delicious meals! We will be back next time we’re in town! This is the type of place you tell your friends to be sure to go to when they’re in town!
Four burgers were ordered, three beers and a cocktail. The beer was brewed on site and all three were very good. The burgers were very good size and for the most part excellent. I think they missed the mark for being cooked to the right temperature. I would give 4.5 if I could, kudos for offering the opportunity to choose how my burger is cooked. The -.5 was due to the missed temp, my medium rare was slightly cooked, rare at the most. Aside from that it was very good, very satisfying after a hard day ride'n. We will be back and I will recommend.
Super cool people, live music, and a scratch kitchen. Definitely recommend!!
Had a great experience a few weeks ago when the owner was there but not tonight! Came in at 445 a guy and girl working but bar area covered in dirty dishes only a few customers. We sat at the bar and were never even acknowledged! We watched the girl make cocktails for her friends but no one even told us they'd be with us in a minute! After 10 minutes and no service in sight we headed back to the DAM. This is our 4th visit and we've only received service ONE time when the owner was there. I feel bad for the owner since his beer and food is phenomenal but tonight's staff is literally the worst anywhere in Summit. They suck.
Great local mountain brewery, and to top it off they also have pretty awesome food! Definitely a go to!
Dayna was the only person working the restaurant/bar when we arrived at 3 o’clock. She did such a great job taking care of us and everybody else with a cheerful disposition and gorgeous smile. The food was super creative and absolutely delicious. Big portions were satisfying. Dayna also knew all the beers and made sure everybody was satisfied with what they chose by helping recommend the flight they got! Fun delicious meal!
Awesome spot! They made me a beyond meat philly cheesesteak which was pretty bomb! Excellent service as well. Next time I'll try the beers
Super low key with a nice selection of beers. Felt like a small town hangout where you go to meet friends which is a nice change of pace from other nearby pubs.
