I had been coming to this shop for weeks with no issues. Today I ordered my normal oat milk Annihilator, and when I started drinking it, I noticed it tasted funny, but I brushed it off, but then my stomach started to hurt and I realized they put regular milk instead of oat. With just a few sips, my whole day was ruined. I had to leave work early and hours later I’m still sick. I’m sure it was an accident, but that’s a pretty bad mistake to make with someone who is very lactose intolerant. I feel so violated.

I really enjoy coming here and never have a bad experience. The employees are always kind and helpful. My drinks always come out great. My only complaint is occasionally the person taking my order will not give me the option to tip, so I have to assume they are tipping themselves. I also don’t agree with them signing for me on a card purchase, it doesn’t sit well with me.

I ordered a hot chocolate today and it was lukewarm. If I’m paying $3 or more I would like my drink to be hot!! I also hate they have a screen for tipping and they ask you do you want to tip. If I want to tip I will give cash stop asking for it. If you ask I won’t tip!!!
I always use the drive through. There is marginal seating inside but not inviting atmosphere. I love sugar free options and always friendly service

A great place to stop for a quick drink. There are so many choices everyone can find something they want. The staff is friendly and quick.
Paige and a many others in this crew are FANTASTIC!!!! I had my drink made wrong and Gavin was so understanding and remade it with no questions… other cafés will invalidate you and make you feel bad for speaking up. Their iced chai with almond milk is sooooo delicious! Highly recommend. Cheers

The customer service here is on another level! Such nice people working here always a joy to get coffee or tea and the drinks themselves are amazing. Way better than Starbucks and cheaper lol
I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I cannot believe this place is in business with the length of a drive thru wait time. Especially when they had 4 people working. It took over 35 minutes to get through the drive thru at 6PM on a Saturday and we only ordered 1 item. I would have left the line after 15 minutes but the lane that would have let me leave early was closed due to an open manhole with cones around it. To top it all off there were customers that cut in line and don't respect the order of arrival or lane merging.
