Great food. Everything cooked with care and intent. Flavorful.
Every time I got recommendations for the Ridgway area, Provisions came up. I then brought someone here and they insisted on coming back again before leaving town! Well balanced cocktails, delicious food, great service, and charming atmosphere. Goat cheese app was a standout for me.
I asked a server, (I think her name was Rochelle) to fill up my water bottle. She filled it with cucumber lemon water that tasted as fresh as mountain spring water. I am only filling my water bottle here from now on.
Wonderful place. Great food!!
Lovely atmosphere, friendly employees, and delicious food. I have tried a few dishes, but find my way back to The Flying Dutchman for breakfast/brunch. My favorite restaurant in Ridgway and the entire western slope!
I have been to Provisions before several times and it was exceptional. This time was a bit of a surprise. A lot of the staff was brand new. Service was good but, not great. But, the biggest disappointment was food temperature. It was cold. I saw several plates going back for re-heating. If they can get their act together, this could be the best restaurant in town. It’s going to be a minute until they win me back however.
Was looking for a bloody mary and found some delicious breakfast cocktails at this super cute cafe. The food was fantastic! Had a breakfast sandwich and a friend had the chowder. Think of this place often :)
Absolutely love this place. I have only done brunch here and it's the best Breakfast I've had in Colorado to date. "The flying Dutchman" great dish. Also great staff. Rachel is as welcoming, and beautiful. Provisions and Ridgway itself is definitely worth a visit if anywhere within 100 miles.
Our favorite place to eat! Great people make this restaurant an A+!!
Great restaurant, food was very good, some fun unique offerings
Wonderful find as I was passing through. Would make it a first choice next visit.
I love this bistro. Small, but food is lovingly prepared and the staff is wonderful. The menu Cann accommodate most dietary preferences.
Wow. Super smooth coffee, excellent breakfast. Very impressed with the staff, service and meal. 10/10
Great family restaurant. Good food.
Rarely select 5 stars and rarely review based on one visit. Exceptions on both for Provisions. Stopped by for a breakfast sandwiches. The house made sourdough English Muffin, the fluffy scrambled eggs, the thick cut bacon, the argulua and dressing was over the top. By far the best breakfast we have ever had. Did I mention they are huge. Do not skip the coffee. 👍👍
Egg sandwich and waffles were good. 5 stars except service was extremely slow. I think they were understaffed that day.
Provisions is DELICIOUS! Atmosphere is quaint and clean, staff id super friendly and gives great recommendations! Do yourself a favor and order the Flying Dutchman for brunch. So good!!!!
This is a true five star restaurant that would be a top rated place in any city in the world. Every detail as well thought out and creates a wonderful vibe. From the music and pink Himalayan sea salt on the table, to the staff and the flavors, this place is an absolute gem. Although the staff are very laid back and friendly, they are extremely professional and offer five-star level service. The food was absolutely amazing, and the almond milk latte was so good I got a second one to go. After a week on the road, this is the perfect way to end my trip with a delicious meal and an awesome cup of coffee. I can't wait for my next trip to Ridgway!
I just did a 4,000 mile road trip, 14 states and stopped here after reading reviews. Coming off a hard hike, the cucumber/lemon water was fantatsic. We ordered a gnocchi and it was served warm, with just the right amount of like a vinaigrette and was fantastic. We then split the risotto and added chicken thighs to each - great presentation, seasoning, the thigh's were deboned and crispy skin perfect. Rich, delicious food. Skip Ouray and Telluride - GO HERE
Delicious on every level. A culinary tour de force positioned just beneath the curious, sprawling peaks of the San Juan range. Biscuits and gravy (among the other delectable dished we tried for our inaugural stop) were scrumptious...planning our 2nd and 3rd trip back already.
