Excellent coffee, freshly made in store desserts and atmosphere. There is not music blaring so locals come here to actually have conversations. Different variety of coffee based drinks including chai, charcoal, turmeric and other blends of flavors. Staff is knowledgeable and have great attitudes.
What a wonderful lil place! The food is delicious and VERY reasonably priced! Great tasting coffee and the crew serving you is an absolute delight!!
Coffee was delicious. Because of power outage, no food to be prepared. But gluten free cookie was good. Cashier was very sweet
If you're a tourist, definitely try the gypsy mocha with green pueblo chili syrup, so good and unique to the area.

It's one of my favorite places to eat at in Pueblo! I love the atmosphere, and the service is top-notch, I especially love their breakfast Burrito!
I only come in here every now and then but the atmosphere is great and the way it looks in there is also well done, their drinks are very well made and the service is amazing.
The person coming up with the menu items KNOWS flavors. Very solid flavor combinations, and just the right amount of heat to dishes and drinks with spicy ingredients. The breakfast burritos were delicious, and the coffee was crafted excellently. The staff clearly cares about their craft, know their customers, and are genuinely friendly. This should be your number one place to try both for coffee and breakfast. Well worth the drive from surrounding areas. Will absolutely be coming back.

I’m very disappointed in the food and drinks I got today 3/27. I asked for a lemonade and was asked if I wanted gypsy lemonade, don’t make that mistake, it’s gross. Order my wife an Italian soda that was supposed to be strawberry and hers also tasted like mint. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was soggy. The Pueblo sandwich was not great. Such high hopes
I just went in here for the first time after meaning to try it for a while and I was not disappointed! The staff were really nice which helps a lot because I have social anxiety. Coffee is great. Definitely will be coming back!
Coffee was good but disappointed all of the food was microwaved. So unusual to eat a microwaved bagel that isn't toasted.
We tried many coffee places around Pueblo on our recent trip and this is hands down the best one. Very friendly neighborhood vibe with a large selection of drinks and even some breakfast food options and sweets. Check it out if you’re in the area.

The place in Pueblo 2023 for Vegan baked goods and food! The morning staff here is amazing and they keep those vegan treats coming!!! Each time we go in they have new pastries, and they are open to vegan pastry/food suggestions. Also coffee is amazing and atmosphere is inclusive/comfortable for the most part. There’s a private area in the back thats very convenient for larger groups.
Wonderful experience... highly recommend!! Our company hosted a coffee break with the PW Chamber and the coffee and pastries provided were awesome. I appreciated how each employee was eager to assist me on this large order and how well our 40 plus guest enjoyed the whole experience this morning. Thank Gypsy Javas Team!! ❤️
Adorable coffee shop. Has delicious pastries and burritos. The gypsy mocha is amazing! The sweet employee suggested it and now I am addicted. I'd like to note that it's one of the only coffee shops opened early in Pueblo.
