Always groovy
Extremely busy but as usual worth the wait!
3 times in a row now they've taken orders of cars all around me in both lanes and forgot about me. Which leads to them handing out my drink to someone else or not having it made at all by the time I get to the window. Falcon really needs to figure out how to do a dual lane drive through.
Absolutely love everything last thing about dutch bros especially this location! The best time every time!!
we waited in line for 25 minutes and they took so long that we just ended up leaving, very disappointed on this.

Updated- the last two times I’ve gone it’s been super quick! Waiting 40 min for coffee is just not worth it - why do all Dutch bros take so long when so many people are working? They lost my business because I don’t have time to wait that long.

The Falcon Dutch Bros is always full of happy folks making whatever fancy coffee drink you want, snow or shine, dark or day. Though the drive thru line may look long, it moved quickly and efficiently, and you can always park and walk up to the window as well. This winters Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is really yum, but the peppermint will remain my favorite. Cookie crumble cold brew on cold brew day, plus a sticker! Super awesome, not too sweet of a drink
I always love the strawberry lavender refreshers there.
This Dutch bros is seriously so freaking slow. Plan to have at least 30min wasted of your time just for coffee

Outstanding customer service! ALWAYS friendly, regardless of who is taking your order. We are frequent card carrying members and our order has NEVER been wrong unless we are the ones who screwed it up. My favorite place in Falcon. They come out in freezing weather when the line gets long. I just can't say enough about the amazing service. Other fast food restaurants in the area could learn a lot from them. 🥳
I love Dutch Bros. Delicious, giant portions, overall my favorite fast coffee place. Staff is overly but genuinely friendly which my introverted self mildly cringes at but definitely not an issue. So happy I have one so close now.

I ordered two large teas, teas are good as always. the employees were very nice, Terra (not sure if I spelled that right) was greeting and helping me at the window very kindly. I know sometimes it gets too busy I have to wait quite long time but it is understandable since dutch bro is very famous. I never order teas from any other coffee franchise but I love that dutch bro have so many options.
