After almost 2yrs in Oak Creek and I wanted to give this joint a chance. Sick as hell in bed and needing some comfort food, my buddy was going to pick up for me. However, the woman who answered was so very RUDE and UNACCOMMODATING!! Can’t take a payment over the phone?! For real? Yeah, real lazy! Oh well, NEVER going there!’

Great coffee shop and breakfast. Burritos or just eggs and toast. Great little place

Fresh baked croissant breakfast sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had. They make a fresh batch every morning and when they’re gone they’re gone so you know they’re always fresh. Friendly staff and outdoor/indoor seating. When I visit oak creek I always start my day out with a Kates cafe breakfast sandwich.

Holy wow I love this place. We stopped for breakfast when passing through and the hiker’s sandwich was just lovely. Also, just a great atmosphere and warm and friendly place.

Stopped here to grab breakfast before skiing at Steamboat and was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast burrito was great and the scramble was just perfect! Definitely coming back when in the area!

Good Food and Coffee but the service is horrible! The lady that was working each time we've been there is extremely rude. She seems as though we were an inconvenience!

All the breads and baked goods are hand-made from scratch. I had a delicious blueberry scone and would have loved to also have tried the lemon bars, coffee cake and other treats!

Food was okay but the woman working there was terribly rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for being there. Bad attitude, rolled her eyes, short tone, in a big hurry to get us out. Sorry for trying to give you business of 4 people. Additionally when we went to pay the machine was not even charged so we had to wait around for a while and ended up just needing to Venmo her and tossed the note pad down. She made sure to over charge us by $10 (we checked the math) to get herself a tip as well....No manners, no thank you. We come to the area all the time, but she won't be getting our business again.

Oh my goodness where do I start! I was heading to Stagecoach and decided to stop in Oak Creek for lunch. I chose Kate's Cafe to dine at, and boy did I ever find a hidden gem. This little cafe in Oake Creek has the goods. They bake all of their bread and pastries fresh in house and my Turkey Avocado sandwich I had was probably the best Turkey Avocado sandwich ive ever had. The bread was tender and moist. The ingredients were very fresh and high quality and the flavors just melt in your mouth. I also had a slice of their bee sting Pie and wow that pie was full of wonderful flavors and textures. It had the softest pie crust ive had and it was a privilege to eat. Lets talk price. My sandwich was $11 , the pie ws $4, and my drink was $3 all before tax. All together great price for the quality of food prepared. When I came there was only 1 person working so it took some time to get my food, but its well worth the wait. If you are driving through Oak Creek stop by Kate's Cafe.
