Let’s be honest. Although it would appear that everything is in place to make great coffee, and the staff is quick and friendly, the coffee here is just so so. But what is the problem? The espresso is watery, missing nearly all the notes you expect. Old beans? Short extraction? I can’t tell. But it’s off. I did realize that they are pulling single shots whereas most shops pull doubles. That said a double shot cappuccino is $8. Someone doesn’t know how to run a coffee shop in 2022.

Love it. So nice they have shop right at the resort for going out on the slopes. Great drinks and roni is super nice.
