I had written a previous review that wasn't very good. After contacting customer service, Einstein Bagels refunded my entire order. Thank you, Einstein, for that.

Online ordering you are unable to order a half dozen or dozen bagels of choice. - You must get their preselected combinations. We ordered 2 onion bagels and 2 plain bagels individually. What we received looked like 4 muffins or mini loafs. They don't resemble bagels at all. Disappointed with what we received for 4 bagels and being unable to order a half dozen or the dozen bagels we wanted. These bagels were a joke.

Seriously you only sell and make bagels. We order 6 and they’re all half the size with no hole in the center. Did you forget how to make bagels? What a joke

Very quick - was ready to pickup when I placed the order from the grocery store across the street. Great job there. Didn't deal with anyone - just walked in and got my bag. Annnddd... wasn't aware the chips needed to be picked up (not auto-included in your bag). So, got home and we were missing chips. Called and yeah, nothing they could do unless I wanted to leave my house again and drive to get 2 bags of chips. I can't justify the time (or fuel) to do that so I guess I just paid for 2 bags that I didn't receive. Can't particularly blame this on the store - maybe they would have told me to go get my chips when I got there, maybe they wouldn't have. I might suggest just putting a couple of bags of chips with the to-go order. OR, put a noticeable note that instructs the person to go get their chips. Lot's of honesty-system going on here. :)

In and out at 9am in less than 15 minutes with a line of 5 in front of us! Great quality fresh cooked bagels and coffee. This is a grab and go place, no seating inside, so plan to eat on the run here.

Order the avocado, tomato, bacon and egg white on a jalapeno and cheese ...bagel? No taste! Bacon was practically raw, tomato was gross...a total waste of money. 2nd time I have eaten there - 1st time was about the same! Will not waste my money again!

Took my son here for a quick bite before school. Very weird that there are no tables. I get that some people grab and go, but not everyone. There used to be tables and I don't really understand why there wouldn't be in a restaurant. Health and safety seems like a strange excuse as every other restaurant in town has tables.

Tasty bagels and good coffee. The staff are so efficient, they provide really good food very quickly. We've had breakfast here a couple times a month recently, and with some picky orders, we've never had any thing come out wrong. They really do a great job!

Having eaten at many Einstein locations across the country, I can say this is by far the worst set up one can conjure. The footprint is large enough to accommodate many people but yet there is only seating for four. The main dining area remains empty, the tables and chairs replaced by a single table with one of the guess the number of items in the jar and win games. Meanwhile, no less than eight people stood around looking for somewhere to eat. Everyone eventually left and the parking lot was full of people eating in their cars. It's baffling. Just close the dining room and only do drive thru if you want people to eat in their cars. As for the food, it's good but nothing great. Better than some other bagel chains in the area but far from stand out. Unless you're really craving a bagel, the donuts and coffee next door at dunkin are much better.

I eat at Einsteins Loveland 3 times a week. Best coffee and bagels in Loveland in my opinion Aurora, the manager, has her staff well trained, i am greeted each visit, and being a membet of their club get many perks. Keep on doing what you are doing. Buzz.

The bagels are really good. The slicing machine kind of sucks.

Even when they're busy the staff is super friendly and get orders out correctly in a timely manner. I can't give 5 stars because there's a lack of basic cleanliness and other concerns. I've only ever seen one set of milk carafes that they refill all day long so by the time I come in during the afternoon there's hours of old dried milk on the creamer spout. I also watched a barista pour me a cup of coffee and then proceed to steam it because it was cold. Coffee loses most of its flavor after 30 minutes so that should tell you how it tasted and how long it had to have sat in an insulated chamber to require 'warming up'.
