Drinks are always great and the staff are very friendly
Everyone should go to Dutch every day. The people make the whole atmosphere and they have tons of sugar free options for diabetics or whoever doesn't want sugar!

The chai tea is super sweet and with their sweetened almond milk, it's impossible to drink. Add to that their super sweet muffin top pastries... sheesh. Sugar much?

I know how to make Thier best drink Much cheaper at home. But at least they have those cheap muffin tops and gave me the idea to add caramel to my mocha coffee

Like their drive-thru servi e the walk up window experience it just as awesome! A few tables to sit at if it's warm enough, free music is always provided too.
They don't pay attention to the line at all and have conversations with friends instead of taking orders! Worst dutch bros experience ever DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Terrible service
This dutch bros almost never misses and they definitely have THE NICEST staff. Great coffee's, local pastry's, and better pricing than other places! I recommend downloading their app too because they rack up points way quicker than other places with other fun free stuff all the time.

Such a long wait in line for mediocre coffee
I understand the idea behind being "over the top" friendly...I know the employees are trained to be as "buddy the elf" as possible with every single person that comes through. However....its too much. WAY TOO MUCH! It's like being trapped in the movie Elf. Saying hello, welcome, how are you, have a great day, all excellent customer service, however FORCING conversations and getting involved in lengthy chats with random people that honestly need to be places is extremely annoying. I waited in line one day for 8 minutes because the staff was completely engaged in conversation with the person in front of me. I needed to go to work, to afford my daily coffee. Bottom line, I go elsewhere now simply because this location is way to chatty.
