Sweet Bloom, nice staff, and a great atmosphere. What else do you need?

Reached out via email to the owner about a negative experience. Never heard back, not even with a simple apology. Apparently there is little care for customers from certain employees and ownership. 2 stars, instead of 1, because I did have mostly positive experiences at this coffee shop prior to this incident.

Both the coffee and chai latte were pretty good. And the establishment was very cute, plenty of seating and relaxing atmosphere

Very friendly staff who made my drink (hot chocolate) perfectly to order! The wifi was 👌 and the space was clean and neat. Lots of areas to work, from a lounge like setting to high top bars at the windows to more intimate table tops, this place has a work space for everyone!

Awesome coffee. I got a lavender latte & it was perfect. Very crowded even at 3pm on a Sunday.

This is a great space for getting some work done, chatting with a friend, or just getting some coffee to go!

Great coffee and nice setting but I wish it wasn't so loud. Even a third full it is hard to hear someone at your table. Outside is nice if it's warm

Monk & Mongoose is my daughter's favorite coffee spot since she moved into the Denver area. We visited this morning, and now I can see why she loves this place. The spot is cool, hip and welcoming. The staff are friendly and efficient. The store is clean with plenty of room for seating, including some patio space. The amber oat lattes we ordered were devine. I very much enjoyed every sip of the light cinnamon flavored goodness. It will definitely be a tradition to visit together every time I'm in town.

Service animals welcome Kid Friendly: yes

Stopped in here on my way home to Texas and ordered a lavender latte! Hands-down the best lavender latte I have ever consumed! The staff are very friendly as well, until next year!

I never write reviews, but after today I had too. This morning(3/7/22) I ordered two drinks and a croissant. I took the drinks and left, totally forgetting about the croissant. I understand it's my fault, but I came back to see if anything could be done about it. I was nice about it but then I was met with passive aggressive remarks like: "you're right you forgot it, and we had to throw it away" (seems unlikely to waste unclaimed food). Its ridiculous to fight a loyal customer over a croissant who would be happy to always come back, but I know I won't be returning to this place.

First time visiting this cafe after seeing the “high reviews” online. Ordered a $6 coffee only to see after drinking it, a piece of hair at the bottom! The employees there all had long hair without any hairnets or their hair tied back. I told one of the employees that I found a piece of hair, and he was like “oh yeah” To make things worse, he didn’t want to give me a refund, instead he just made me a new coffee but I was already disgusted so why would I drink another one from this place?? If I can give 0 stars I would.

Great place for coffee. A little overpriced, however. It is in a high-rent district, so you will pay around $5.00 for a regular coffee ☕️

Monk and Mongoose is a great spot for outdoor gathering with coffee. I love the igloos, too!
