Gracie’s Coffee is a wonderful addition to Gypsum!! I love how I can pull up to the window and say “make me anything that is iced” and sure enough she smiles and makes me a WONDERFUL drink every time. Gracie’s coffee shop is so cute. When I’m in Gypsum Colorado, I always think, I want some quality, affordable, coffee. Well, now there’s a place I can go. Having the drive up or walk up option is so convenient. It’s so cute. Go check it out. #supportlocalbusinesses

I got to try out Gracie's for the first time today. I currently have some dietary restrictions and she was super patient with me while she explained her offerings so I could find something that was a good fit. All of her syrups are house made and look delicious, I can't wait to try more things! I ended up with a chai and it was perfect. I'm very glad to have this in Gypsum.
High quality espresso and coffee and the pastries are delicious too. Super convenient and locally owned!
