We were so impressed with Copeka! The atmosphere is simply stunning, and the food and coffee was beautiful and delicious.

A fun and quirky coffee, sandwich and bakery shop. Not much needs to be added because this place is obviously very popular!

I had been meaning to come by here for awhile now, and I’m glad I finally did. I was happy to see that they serve Cat & Cloud Coffee, I have never seen that brand outside of Santa Cruz and they did the beans justice. Highly recommend this shop!

Now that I've gone to both Copeka coffee locations multiple times each in fact I feel that I should write my review. I truly enjoy this establishment. The staff at both locations had always been super friendly, and welcoming. I've ordered my "usual" (double shot vanilla americano w/oatmilk), cortado(sp), Chai, and Lattes from Copeka and am happy to say that they know their craft! They make a coffee/tea drink of exceptional quality and consistent flavor. I don't see them using any "recipe" books while preparing my drinks and they are not just pressing buttons to make a machine "go". When I have gone to either location, rather busy or not, I've always gotten a fabulous coffee with great service, highly recommend! Check out both locations, they both have a great vibe going on! Copeka Coffee has tamped their way into my heart!

If your goal is to get coffee then by all means it's as good as Starbucks however don't hope to get food here you will overpay for untoasted white wonder bread with avocado....lastly I am so tired of the tipping system at these new "hip" coffee shops where they prompt you to tip them when you stand in line....bus your own table and before you get your food.....it creates an anxious environment that is bad for the customer as they are staring at you while you are asked how much to tip before they have given you food and therfore have no idea weather you actually received good service.....this is not tipping I refuse to continue supporting these types of restaurants the goal of eating out is a good expirence and the tipping is so backwards I find it detracts from the whole atmosphere

I just moved here and was so excited to have found a place that had vegan options. They recently got rid of the only thing I liked on the menu, the biscuits and gravy. Why? That was the only thing you could get that made the expense seem worth it. Super sad. Service also has been meh lately. Disappointed because I love the atmosphere

Go woke go broke! The incessant mask-wearing is out of control... Multiple employees touching their masks while preparing the food and coffee. Food is lackluster and coffee is meh

This place is fantastic! Lovely eclectic atmosphere, great service, food, and coffee! Highly recommend the avacado toast (The Cheap Trick) and their mocha latte! My only complaint is the loud music! If it was turned down enough for people to read and study this place would be perfect!

Such a rad group of people working here every day we came in while in town from the high country. Every drink we had was perfect as were the baked goods and avocado toasts! Great attention to detail and lots of fun gifts and cards! And love having a source for Cat & Cloud beans in Colorado!

Directions were decent, good size parking lot. 6 or so spaces. We make it a priority to support local businesses and presume a Saturday morning at 8:30am was peak busy time. Their coffee is good! Menu features a lot of toast. Overall quality was good. Small portions for the price. Either charge less or serve more. There are puzzles and chess while you wait. Biggest con was the service speed. Two orders of toast took at least fifteen minutes. IF you’re not in a hurry, ideal. If you have somewhere to be (and you order to-go) adjust your expectations.
