Friendly and warm owner / operator! Neat and clean and cute cafe. We came in from the rain and we were so happy when our tuna subs came on a delicious WARM roll. Highly recommend you bring your warm, kind self here for a casual bite. Very pleasant experience. Please support this small and kind business. We got two full lunches for just under twenty dollars. Awesomeness!

No restroom, but only coffee and tea shop I could find on rainy Wed. afternoon in Georgetown. Owner and wife were very nice. We had hot tea. Inexpensive.

Great sandwiches at a great price. One of the best deals in town. Great service. Frank and his wife can crank these delicious sandwiches out in short time. Love the warm bread. It's always my go-to when I'm hungry and don't have a lot of time.

Great local spot for a fast sandwich and Boba tea. It's a family run business and we like supporting them. Prices are really reasonable for the size sandwich you get. My favorite is the turkey sandwich with all the toppings. Of all restaurants in Georgetown, Lil Annie's is the best bang for your buck at lunch.

Yummy sandwiches 😋 We were very thankful for this meal as most restaurants in the area were closed. The people were really nice. My daughter loved ❤ her Boba too!! Thanks for filling our hungry tummies!!

Solo after fall leaf hiking, I grabbed a turkey and cheese sandwich to take to the brewery next door. Cute mom and pop shop, quick and cheap, delicious. During this busy time with staffing shortages everywhere, I appreciated this place so much for getting a hungry hiker food fast!

Wow what a great find! Very clean and updated. Had a great pastrami sandwich one day and a lox bagel another. There are not many good places to eat in Georgetown sooo glad we found this one!
