The customer service was great Easy access off the freeway and better coffee than the gas stations I’ve been drinking.
Great coffee and always great customer service. The morning team is always quick and super nice with great energy.
Rude service. Visited on 04/03/23 around 5:20-5:30 P.M. Girl working messed up twice on the order. It absolutely couldn't have milk. And was given the classic eye roll. Be careful if you have allergies. Make sure you have someone who actually cares about the job they do. We won't be back.
Worst breakfast burrito I've ever had in my life.
They perfected their blended dirty chai, and their iced carmel latte.. won’t go anywhere else
Terrible coffee no offense but it tastes cheap and not worth what you pay, in my opinion.
I was not impressed, the girl's attitude. Missing drink and wasn't expecting to pay if mistake and forgot to make it but if drink wasn't added would've liked the receipt just to confirm and could've been a whole ton nicer about it and then would've paid if wasn't paid for already. I love Ziggi's, been a customer since the First Ziggi's came in Firestone. I know what I like and prefer to come then anywhere else. Just wished that things could've been dealt better and the attitudes from the girl's better. I wasn't here to fight or argue or get mean, just asked about the second missing drink. (Also don’t understand why you ask me at window my name is this if there’s only one line and one way in and out, then also for you to take sooo long before receiving payment)

Each time I've been there the drive thru line has been really long. However, the line moves fast and my order is always correct. The employees are also very professional.
Drinks were good, very, very expensive, but biggest issue, was SO slow!

I love Ziggi’s, but this location is just not it. It’s ridiculously painful to get your order taken. You have to repeat yourself over and over and over and they still get it wrong, and it takes 10 times longer than it should. I have always asked for extra flavor and every time it tastes like there’s almost none. The frozen Red Bull came as if they just melted the ice into it. It wasn’t frozen at all. It just tasted like watered-down Red Bull. And TWICE now I have had to remind the person at the window to take my money because they said “have a good day” and closed the window without taking any type of payment from me. I know they are new but my experience has been the same all 5 or 6 times I have been here. I will continue to go to Ziggi’s, but never again will I be back to this location. They are such a disorganized mess that it’s literally painful as a customer to deal with them. I have never had an issue with any other location.
Loved the GF sausage, cheddar egg breakfast sandwich I had last week! So delicious and it went well with my salted Carmel latte! I’ll definitely be back!
Matcha was alright, although I wish they put the pricing on the front window menu. I do recommend Ziggi's for their Matcha Hot Latte, it's really good, has a good earthy taste that matcha often gives, and I was also able to drink it directly after it was handed to me. However I don't recommend coming here if you're walking as there is no side walk on the way to the place, and when I got there the shading was not helpful at all with the placement of both tables, and the prices are quite ridiculous. So overall, Pros: - really good coffee (would come here if I wanted a matcha latte) - amazing scenery in front - close to the drive in theater - very kind staff Cons: - incredibly expensive (could get a small latte at Starbucks and it'd be cheaper) - Not recommended for Walking pedestrians - bad shading - no prices labeled on the menu Will probably edit this review if and when I go over there again.
