Love the staff!! Always so friendly and happy sounding! I've only ordered a couple of things I didn't like, but you don't know if you don't try. The things I love they always make great!!!
This is so close to my house, I love coming here and I think everyone is friendly. However, I would really like to request that you teach your baristas that a blended hot chai does not come out of a blender, frozen. She offered to fix it but what a waste. I instead went down the road yesterday to Scooters to get a hot blended chai after already paying you $32 (and tip) because they don't seem to have confusion when I ask for my preferred drink. That's where my funds will be going until I can confirm I won't get a frozen drink when i ask for a hot one. I love leaving positive reviews, but when this is the 3rd time this has happened I can't keep taking the gamble with my hard earned $.
Cake pops are tiny for the price they are. Coffee tasted bitter and burnt. Update: decided to give ziggis one last try and I am appalled. I got a small beach bum and was looking forward to drinking it on my drive to work today. When I left I noticed there was something in my drink. It was an ant. I am disgusted and appalled by this as I have never had something like this happen. Ziggis , I hope you and your staff can resolve this nasty issue.
Was just passing through Eaton and found Ziggis. Had a great latte and the sausage and waffle breakfast sandwich hit the spot. Thank you.

Overpriced for the product received.
I love this place! The drinks are great and so is the staff! Their drive through line has been slightly slower. Reason being they have been shorter on staff lately, but the employees are very nice and will apologize about the wait if it was too long for you! Please try not to lose your temper. Try their seasonal drinks!
Coffee is mediocre.. forgot whip and there’s no tag to make sure they used decaf so I have no way of knowing. What gives this 1 star is you pay 4 dollars for pumpkin bread and it’s FROZEN in plastic. Disappointed.
The espresso shots are great. Their customer service goes beyond!! I am OTR truck driver and left my wallet and all ID at Ziggi's and was several states away when I realized wallet was missing. The amazing Ziggi staff and management mailed my wallet back to me! There are good people in this world and these people at Ziggi's are it...and they make great coffee!!

This was our first time at a Ziggi’s coffee! The girls that were in there were amazing! They helped and were very patient with us! They even gave our pups and pup cup! Definitely going back! Thanks ladies!
