The atmosphere is wonderful, great coffee shop with the most delicious menu. Best quiche ever along with delicious scones and muffins. Some were even gluten free and no one would have known the difference!

The latte was good. We were the only ones ordering, I got the golden egg. The food took about 15min and was just a piece of toast with cold ham and cold "poached" egg. The toasts sounded so exciting, but I was greatly disappointed.

The food is amazing and I love the vibe! I have major anxiety when eating alone, and here, I felt comfortable and welcome! It’s very peaceful to have an amazing breakfast while studying or doing homework.

Service was terrible, cashier person working on 3/26 at 10:30am was garbage, do not recommend.

The food had a great flavor, but they kept forgetting our order, and we ended up waiting one hour just for an avocado toast and a veggie sandwich. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. They are also pet friendly.

Very nice atmosphere and kind staff, but the drinks are just fine. I’m not upset to meet friends here if they liked but I wouldn’t come on my own accord.

Food was cold and when I asked baristas for help they ignored me for awhile then were rude about it all. Not a great experience.

We had high hopes for as this place as it was really cute. They were busy which is no problem as we own a restaurant ourselves and understand. The taller gal behind the counter making the drinks was lovely and apologetic that our latte took a bit long. The real issue I have is the other girl with the sunflower earrings behind the counter’s attitude. When I asked where our sandwiches were (keeping in mind we had been sitting there for almost 40 minutes) she looked at me annoyed and said with a blank stare, “they’re coming”. No one had communicated with us and this was the second time we politely asked within the time frame we had sat there. No smile, no customer service, and no consideration from this girl. She then proceeded to take a bite from a sandwich right in front of me while standing behind the counter. It wasn’t a surprise to watch her continue on without immediately washing her hands as the blatant health code violations weren’t a priority for her. Needless to say as a restaurant owner and a customer I am beyond disappointed. Added an extra star because the other taller gal behind the counter was so lovely.

Hermosa used to be the spot for friendly service and a really great oatmilk latte but it’s gone WAY DOWN in service which is such a bummer :( when my family and I went last weekend the cashier was a blond zoomer who could barely string a sentence together and made us feel like we were somehow ruining his entire morning by just placing an order. My latte was absolutely horrendous- completely watered down. They make none of their syrups in house as far as I can tell, the honey lavender flavor tastes like straight perfume. With options like Durango coffee company next door and Still Life on Florida Rd, and now La Bonnie Patisserie I would say don’t even bother stopping there for a pastry. So sad because they use to have super nice and competent workers and the interior is so cute. There are better options though and I’d much rather take my business and tips to someone who’s not gonna ruin my morning.

Cute little cafe. The staff was friendly, the food was good. Good views from the front table. We had the quiche, breakfast burrito and hot chocolate. The salsa with the burrito was nice, not too hot but a little kick. Good size portions. Would recommend.

Racist food. If you don’t look right, the kitchen is closed. Also, the muffins are raw in the center, leading to digestive problems. The staff belong to a click, if you know what I mean. The owners are super wealthy, and this is their hobby. Lousy products for lousy people.
