Oh my goodness! The churro croissant had a surprise of smooth, carmel sauce inside! Coffee was excellent. Yum 😋 I will return for that churro croissant for sure, so unique.
This place was awful. Prices were marked inaccurately. Food was small, overpriced, and not good quality. Coffee was over sugared and watery and bitter. Should have stayed home at this point. 0/10. Do not recommend.
Very relaxing and chill place to hang out at.
10/10 Highly reccommend! ❤ This shop is cozy and local, lots of variations to pick from, and their staff makes the experience 110%. I went in 2/14 for my 2nd time trying this place, and the guy was clearly overloaded being the only one running the shop for the day. However, he went out of his way to be kind and thoughtful with my drink/food order, make up for the wait (which wasnt actually that long) and I really appreciated how he handled himself and me as a customer. My first time there, the staff took time to explain different coffees and helped taylor my experience. Phenomenal staffing. I will definately be going back. Staff deserves so much praise!
Great local coffee shop. Comfortable seating. Great and a lot of coffee options. Breakfast food was good. Have been several times.
friendliest people and best espresso in tge area
The breakfast burritos are frozen burritos that are microwaved and the coffee was burnt. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff though
I found this place using Google for the closest coffee shop to me and man, I wish I found it sooner so I could have enjoyed it more on my trip to Denver. I had an oatmilk latte which was perfectly sweet, but the breakfast sandwich was what really got me! So good. Absolutely love the vibes here, the owner is so kind, and I'll make sure to visit again when I am next in town.
Such a quiet, nice local coffee shop. I'd rather support local than!!
This is the most disgusting coffee I have ever had. I found a roach leg in a french press once. The coffee from this place is worse. It tastes like burnt plastic.
Great place to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea while pondering the mysteries of life and the life of mysteries. Recommend iced matcha on the patio. The paper straw, not so much but willing to do my part to keep a plastic straw out of a sea turtle's nose.
The food is super good, and far exceeded my expectations. The chai is aromatic and bold, but still super smooth. The thought of sweet potatoes and chorizo seems so unconventional until you take that first bite. Nothing but those classic cafe vibes from the 90s. A fine establishment in the form of a hidden gem.
One of the worst cup of coffee I ever had in Denver. The coffee was burnt and bitter. Can’t believe how bad it was. Never going back there.
Good coffee and snacks! Been here twice and the baristas have been rude though. Overall ok neighborhood spot.
We got two breakfast sandwiches with our morning coffee and they came with a side of potato chips. At first we were taken aback but we continued and were surprised that it worked. We will return to Sojourners Coffee & Tea again.
Awesome coffee spot! Super friendly staff, delicious food, and great coffee.
I got a burrito for 7$. It was a microwave burrito placed on a bed of potato chips. The matcha latte tasted of just matcha. Which was like i felt like i got my moneys worth there but tasted kind of terrible.
Perfect for quiet work on a computer. Six customers at six tables with six computers. Quieter than a library. Great iced latte. Very knowledgeable and conversational staff. The pastries are wonderful. All from local pastry shops. Pastel de nada: worth writing home about. Order 2x how many you think you want. So delicious. So very freaking delicious. MUST get it warmed. Almond croissant. Get it warmed and the almond paste within is heavenly. Cheese danish. Good. Worth eating. Just hard to love since the other dishes are less common. Financiers: only pastry I did not like. I think of financiers as smaller and more moist inside. Glad I tried them but wouldn't order again. Might just be my taste, though.
Great coffee, great food, great environment. But there are a couple of things that really aren't pleasant. As a student it sucks when there aren't any outlets for laptops and working extension cords. After buying my coffee and food I realized that the public wifi had a lot of restrictions to whatever websites that I wanted to access. This included my online classes. So, instead I tried to apply to jobs and a lot of the websites were blocked from the network. It was also a bit of a shame that the place had to close at 5pm. I wouldn't say this would be a good place for college students but great for everyone else! Thanks for the great service! Edit// a lot of the feedback that I've given has been resolved. There are working outlets and the wifi does not block schooling and job search websites. Thank you!
My experience here was unwelcoming. The barristas were not friendly. I ordered a turkey/cheese sandwich and I was not aware of the bread choices. I asked if I could get my sandwich on a croissant, but the guy said they already started making my sandwich. I started to eat my sandwich and it was like cardboard and it had no flavor. I gave the rest of my sandwich to my husband and he threw up. He thinks the meat may have been bad. We will not being going here again.
