Really liked and enjoyed the environment. Very relaxed while sporting a professional and efficient vibe . The girls that work here are all kind and present. They mean business and the coffee is no exception. Highly impressed and will be recommending this shop as one of my favorites. Black Rock Coffee is killing it in Denver Tech Center. Trust me, your morning just got better

This may seem like a silly review. But I just wanted to take a moment to thank your employee, Lake. He probably won't remember me, but a few weeks ago we spoke at the window when I just probably had worst day I can remember. A little conversation that to him, was probably just his job. But to me, it saved me from falling into a bad depressive state. Yeah, your coffee is good. But Lake saved me that day. Thank you, Lake.

I love this coffee. I've been a Starbucks enthusiast for years but the coffee here blows it out of the water .... I can't explain why it's better, but I think it just has a more full flavor. My fav drink is a 4-shot Medium Breve Latte. Highly recommend.

Waited 20 minutes to pick up an Uber eats order, watched as orders that walked in after me were tended to, and watched as the barista had to recall my order and FINALLY make it, because she cleared it. Not offered any sort of apology or even a simple sorry as I finally got the two extremely easy to make two strings that totaled her about 30 seconds to make. Starbucks at least won't ignore your order.

I've been in to grab coffee here several times. I'll be back for the Ethiopian light roast bags of beans. A few things I've had issues with were the layout and lack of distinguishable queue. On my most recent visit the cashier took our order in front of somebody that patiently waited for their turn. Once we realized this, we added the strangers drink and purchased it as an apology. We made a nice friend. 👍🏽 The other is my perception. The store is really busy and I think the staff has always done an excellent job of keeping up with the demand. However, the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area needed help each time I went in to visit.
I really like Black Rock and this location in particular. It is a regular stop for my wife and me when we have some downtime. Excellent lattes and cold drinks, friendly and helpful staff.

The place is great for folks in the Denver Tech center and students. Lots of hot and ice drinks available. Vegan and gluten free items pastries are available.
Liquid IV is my go to drink here, 6 shots of espresso is what wakes me right up in the morning!
Stopped in for coffee after a few days in a class. They have the BEST coffee I’ve had in quite some time. Their Caramel Blondie is delicious and perfectly made. The atmosphere is great. Good place to work or catch up with a friend. I made a point to stop back by for another coffee before leaving for home several hours away because it was so delicious!
I love this location! It is right by my work, and I go here before work as much as I can. I worked here for a little over 2 years as well so I can respect the hustle and how hard the crew here works! I can confidently say that I had an amazing work experience here and was always taken care of. The best high school job anyone could ask for!
the fact that almost every employee walked out mid shift the other day due to terrible working conditions is all that needs to be said about how horrible this place is. blaming the employees for manager issues 🥴

Horrible managers! So mean to their customers and employees! Rumor goes an incompetent platinum blonde 20 yo ran the place into the ground and their whole staff quit I guess… STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Horrible if you care about the employees well-being. We all received disrespect on all fronts by management. We tried our hardest to keep the store at its best but all our efforts were put down by management. We were left scrambling for hours and shifts to pick up even though the store was busy and needed people on staff. We were promised weekly hours that weren’t meant and there was no communication. Please do not come here for our sake.
