It’s 7am and they’re taking their time. The food is microwaved and the drinks are simply stirred. Morning shift isn’t worth being late to work- warning to all who need a quick breakfast before work: DON’T STOP HERE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE GAS STATION!
Unfortunately subpar
The coffee is decent on most occasions, its convenient to me because I live down the street, but OMG the customer service is the worst I have encountered. I did not want to make a huge deal out of it because it was 6:30 am and who wants to start their day with the rudest cashier ever. Its too bad, I guess I will stick to Starbucks, at least their nice when they take your money.
The food was good. My milk in my coffee was completely chunky and undrinkable.
Please teach your staff the difference between a 24oz drink and a 20. My sticker says 24oz the bottom of the cup says solo TP20. Very disappointed!
I honestly love Ziggys coffee, however for a 16 oz Latte they charge $5.60 then to change to almond milk they add $1. Ok I get it coffee is a luxury but when you get to the window and now your total is $7 something and then they ASK YOU Would you like to add a TIP? Or The machine is going to ask you a few questions or your credit card is asking if you would like to tip? They have even been balsy enough to ask me personally Are you wanting to tip? Look DO YOU TIP workers at McDonalds, Chik Fil A, or any other drive through? NO YOU DO NOT! So why are yall asking me for a tip? How about tipping me to drive to your location and pick up my coffee? THIS IS GETTING SO OLD.........STOP ASKING for tips! Unless you are serving me my food at a sit down restaurant or massaging me or even doing my hair, do not ask for a tip to do your JOB!
Best coffee place by far!!! I don't know what they do differently, but everything is made very well and always so good!

The coffee is always perfect, the employees are super cool, and you don’t have to wait long to get your drink. My husband and I love coming here. Last time we were here they gave my dog a pup cup with treat in it :) the Gold Rush is my go to and my husband loves the Smashberry. I tried the Fireside and it was great too! :)
Food and coffee quality is even worse than Starbucks or Dutch bros, especially for the price. They don't actually make anything they just press a button on a coffee machine and reheat some frozen food. The people that work there are nice though.

People were kind there. We had a house coffee and a cappucino with coconut milk. Both were delicious.
