I like the place, their coffee and their food, but their service is a lot to be desired. The first time we came everything was fine. The second time, my takeout box was not closing and it got broken eventually. We ordered stuff for dine in as well and ended up with takeout cups which were both leaking hot coffee on our lap. One item was forgotten in the microwave oven and we ended up serving ourselves after a long waiting. This is not what I gave $5 for. The owners might want to train their staff better before chatting tips upfront.

Tried the current coffee flight of 4 different flavors. The matcha one was AMAZING I would buy that daily. The other 3 were not my favorite. But it was very fun and when the flavors get switched I'll be back to try the next flight.

Probably one of the best matcha lattes of my life. Not too sweet, perfectly grassy and creamy. The space itself is ideal for getting some work done, good wifi and plenty of outlets and tables.

Its a nice place but the coffee is way over-priced and the wait was long. For four of us there was a long wait between each of our drinks so we didn't actually have coffee together but in shifts after eachother. By the time the last of us got our drink the first two had finished theirs. Also it was packed with nowhere to sit accept a side room with a dirty pail sitting on a chair. We decided to leave. The almond Danish was pretty decadent but for the price I'd rather do a pour over pot at home. Its nice and is a great concept with a nice look to it but still something I couldn't put my finger on that has it missing the mark for me. The prices are too high for a return visit. But try it, you may feel differently.

We've always loved Third Space! Coffee and food options are great, atmosphere is relaxing and lots of good table options, and the back room for a private group meeting is perfect. That said - we miss the kids play area!! Totally understand needing space to store more inventory and what not, but man we miss the nice area for our kiddos while we visit. The tub of toys doesn't quite do the trick. Great place, highly recommend.

Great crew working there, and the space it's self has awesome vibes! Oh, and I love the music.

Have wanted to go here a while so finally got a chance to meet some friends for brunch and coffee. Overall pretty nice, very comfy with a ton of food and coffee options. Ordering can take a while, or maybe just the line was slow that day, but gave plenty of time to contemplate getting a pastry or something fresh. My coffee was well prepared and balanced, and the smothered hash browns were piping hot and covered in delicious gravy. Definitely want to come back again.

The brown sugar cookie latte is out of this world! You can play chess, read or even work on your classes. It’s quite and also very beautiful inside with lots of plants and plenty of natural light.

Amazing space, staff, and area :) Food is a bit expensive and not worth it, but other than that, amazing :)

Tried this place twice because it seemed promising the first time they were just too busy to be good. After two visits can conclude, coffee is not great, the brand of oat milk they have is gross. We didn't even finish our coffee. Food is mediocre. The biscuits and gravy have good flavor (got them both times) but there is not enough gravy and the biscuits are underdone. Indoor atmosphere is nice, they have a patio but it is nothing special.

Great flatbread and nice smoothies! The cleanliness could be improved, but beyond that, nice place.

Fu** Starbucks ! This place is way better ! The coffee is always consistent on flavor! The food comes out fast and the vibe is great! I’ve enjoyed coming here on Sundays to just relax and read my book with a tasty latte ! The staff is also very friendly !

This coffee shop is lovely, BUT I encountered a very loud religious group doing a Q&A one morning. I'm definitely not a fan of coffee shops used as alternative church spaces, as if this city has a shortage of churches.... ETA based on owner's response - That's great, then I hope to see the space used in the same way by Muslim, Jewish, etc. groups in the future.

All the 5-star reviewers are right. This place is cool. Nice music piped in. Lot's of comfortable space to spread out and get some work done. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Kids working in here are really friendly and had no problem making my mocha in my own coffee receptacle.

Attempted for 4 weeks to make a private reservation here. I had someone go in and try to make it, I called a bunch of times. Eventually I was told I was on the books. When I called back later the next day to make a deposit to make it official, another barista answered and said I wasn’t on their calendar?! The baristas, although friendly, are useless and don’t know what they’re doing to book an event. From what it sounds like the owner is the only one who handles this, which is a huge bottle neck in the flow of productivity. No matter how many times I attempted to try and give them a chance they just weren’t professional and apparently didn’t want my money 🤷🏻‍♂️. I even was given the event manager’s information, Tonya (who apparently is the owner as well) and they just don’t know how to get things done cause nothing happened. I should’ve just given up the second week when they did absolutely nothing. Huge waste of my time and I would highly recommend avoiding this place for booking an event or meeting. You’ll just have the same experience as I did… so don’t bother wasting your time and look elsewhere. 👍🏻

Incredibly busy to the point of being annoying, and they don't make donuts anymore. The coffee is good though. Tip: If you get the BLT breakfast sandwich ask for less/no mayo. They put an obnoxious amount of mayo on it.
