When you go to the springs you gotta go to the Broadmoor. Beautiful place nestled between the rocky mountains and tons of wildlife too!

I stayed here last month with my fiance. We celebrated our anniversary here. It was one of the most beautiful resorts we've stayed at. I honestly felt like I was transported to Italy. The view from our hotel room was impeccable. The location for this property was central to everything. All the restaurants on the property were 10/10. Make your reservations early because they do tend to get booked out. Overall we had a great experience and plan on coming back.

What an absolutely stunning venue! I've lived in CO my whole life and never knew this place existed. It is luxurious and bourgeois. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The architecture was also incredible. Be careful if you go exploring here, you may just get lost and all of the beautiful little nooks and rooms hidden throughout the complex. The views, too, are stunning and breathtaking. I'm confident the photos we took here will be exemplified by the setting and surroundings. Next time I am going to Colorado springs I will make sure to start saving ahead of time so I can stay here and enjoy the full amenities that the hotel has to offer.

Pros: Very cool place, very nostalgic, food was superb, plenty of choices of whiskey and bourbon. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. Cons: If you are planning on staying here I hope you have an extra organ you can sell.

We did not stay here. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was delicious. Our wait staff was very pleasant and anticipated our every need. What more can you ask for?

We ate at the "La Taverne" and while we waited for our reservation time, we took a stroll around the beautiful lake. We did not stay here, however it is a beautiful area very spacious and quite peaceful.

The hotel is beautiful and overall, my experience was very good. The coffee offered by the various cafes was fantastic, however, I found the food unremarkable. Food/beverage prices are really high (especially with the added gratuity) for how unimpressive food was. The spa was calming and I loved my services and the added amenities like the oxygen room, steam room, etc. I wish I had known that there was a shuttle that could take you around the property before I spent the first couple days running around. I found shopping more fun in Old Colorado City than I did on site. While the property is very upscale, the shops felt a bit stodgy. The hotel staff overall were very pleasant and I had my favorites for sure but sometimes I felt unwelcomed by others, like my being there was an imposition and I'm very low maintenance.

We went for the history and grandeur. Luch was sub par and the service slow and impersonal. The new addition blocks the view of Pikes Peak. It had the history and was a terrific period piece, overall underwhelming

Had dinner at an event at the International Center. Service was 5 star+, as usual, food was prepared above and beyond. I have food allergies, and they more than accommodated. I've never had bad service or food at the Broadmoor.

As you would (and should with this place) expect, 5 stars all around. The property is fantastic as well as the service - all the way down to those doing the turndown service. My only complaint is that there is really only one cafe where you can stop and get something quick for dinner. Most everything else you will need to make a reservation for. It sets well about 6k feet in elevation. For all those flat landers out there, make sure you drink twice as much water as you usually do.

This is a very regal hotel, very fancy. You can feel like royalty. Wonderful grounds and clean, amazing service and comfortable.

Spent most of Easter Sunday on the Broadmoor grounds eating, touring, shopping. You don't have to spend the night there to soak up all this legendary hotel offers. Staff are over-the-top accommodating, food and drinks are to die for, merchandise is must-have. I feel fortunate to have access to this heavenly place.

Best hotel in the world. Great staff, classic design, incredible restaurants and bars, good convention space, great grounds. I'd go out of my way to stay here.

Gross and Boujee… there are shops, but unless you’re looking do for a tennis bracelet they aren’t fun shops. Good little bakery inside though. The Mango gelato was delicious.

Great rooms. But forced, high services fees and "property improvement fees" on every bill are excessive, especially as they add to already high base prices. And some wait staff try to make you believe that none of that goes to them, so you should give full tips on top of the fees. That would turn a $100 bill for $75 worth of food (I'm being generous) into a $150+ payment. I'm sorry, but NO!
