Such a crazy menu with so many options, I really recommend grabbing the app to make it easier to order and you don't have to scan your rewards code. With that out of the way, wow, everything I've gotten from here has been awesome and the staff are all super friendly. Going to be a regular stop for me!
Great variety and customizable drinks. I went in with a long line of at least 10 people ahead of me and was still in and out in less than 7 minutes as well.
Just ordered a coffee boba, told them not to put any ice and they said they can't do that. Now look what I meant? Half of the drink is ice and I only get half of my boba drink that cost $6~$7 ! Not my first choice place and try to cheat my drink. Will not visit again!!
You know when there is a constant flow of people coming into a business that it is good. Great drinks, good bobba, popping balls and great flavors.
This place has wonderful teas, drinks and some of the best Boba tea town. I had the mango Boba and it was delicious. The owners are super friendly, nice and welcoming. I most certainly would recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing drink.
This place is awful! The women that seems to own it is rude and mean and berating to the staff. I wouldn’t support a business that behaved like this. I hope they have an HR outlet and that the employees are able to make complaints anonymously because having to deal with that lady must be awful! Some of these kids have parents that can and will hire an attorney. Maybe this lady should reconsider her behavior before a parent does.

Love coming here! Only downside on the app it no longer allows me to add mango flavor to my strawberry smoothie. It won't allow me to add 2 flavors together. Please fix!
Never coming back at this place. I got an order wrong and they refused to replace. Telling me they will replace it but I need to pay again. So that’s not replace means I have to buy again. Owner seem angry when I talk to her and insisting so many flavor so make sure u make ur order clear. Rude owner

Teapioca Lounge is an awesome and fun place for variety of drinks, not just for their boba teas. We've been here a few times and always had great experience. My favorite is Oolong milk tea but today we tried Mocha Frappocino with coffee gelatin, and Honeydew Cream Blast with tapioca. There are a lot of add-on options, from tapioaca, gelatin, pudding, buster and others so let's get creative. The line was long but it was cleared very quickly. The owner, Kim seemed cognizant with the busyness but mindful to maintain friendliness and being conversational with her customers. The other front counter staff appeared to be well trained as well.
Amazing place to just chill out and have an awesome tasting tea with boba 🧋!! It will not disappoint!
It’s a great place to hangout with friends and get something to drink. They have games too. I don’t know if it’s just my taste buds, but for me it’s kind of bland. I’ve tried it plenty of time since my friends like, but for me the drink flavor isn’t really there. The boba is good chewy and fully cook. My friends really like it though. So its really depends on taste buds.

We have absolutely loved this place! Sooooo many options... my kids got Snowyn, and I think I ate half each time! Employees are totally engaging and fun. Line can get long and it take a little time, but know it's worth it. Macaroons are super yummy, too. I've gotta convince myself to try other things... love my 1st choice too much!
We love coming here & spend A LOT of money here. I'm not sure why there are kids running this location, often times they have no idea what they're doing. Managers or general managers should not be teenagers...also they will not hire any ethnicities except young white females.
Came in and ordered a coconut milk tea. Tasted beyond nasty, watered down green tea with no hint of coconut. Unfortunately I didn’t try it before I left otherwise it would have been remade.

I love this place. Anytime I'm in the vicinity, I can't help but make a quick stop. They make an avocado smoothies at is incredible. Double tapioca!
I never really liked boba until this place. Sooo good. So many drink choices and boba flavors. It’s reasonably priced and everyone is friendly. I’m addicted.
