Contender for best coffee in town. In house roastery and exceptional food menu with excellent ingredients that the chefs rotate to keep it creative and fresh. The avocado toast is exceptional and their cookies are sooo good. I often go here to work, and recently they’ve started doing a “pay what you can” method for their drip coffee. Great coffee shop aesthetic with lots of plants and natural light with plenty of indoor and outside patio seating. Nestled in a neighborhood and still centrally located to downtown with nearby parks and walking trails.

Told us the grill closed a minute ago at 2:01 after we talked about the menu for 5 min. Messed up our order after that.

Very cute, inviting, and pup friendly :) Coffee is always brewed to perfection Food is delicious Staff shows genuineness and aim to please, always with a smile! If only the seats had cushions, I could stay and drink all day Not being set up for comfort makes it a great short stay!
Went today and ordered hot tea to go. Only person who had an order. No one after me. Waited 15 minutes while barista chatted up someone at the bar and never started my drink which was just hot tea and water. I live in the neighborhood, but would rather walk a mile to go to the other location or just go to Starbucks where they acknowledge you and actually make your drink.

Lovely space with lots of seating indoor and out. Friendly and helpful service. Drinks are delicious (Matcha latte is great and not overly sweet like many places) pastries and cookies are tasty. Definitely worth a stop.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town! The coffee and food is delicious, the staff is friendly, I love the atmosphere and location. Coming here is always a highlight!
Used to be my go to coffee roaster, going back to when they were in OCC. Now have limited selection and $17 for a 12 oz bag is just stupid.
Unfortunately this has been my favorite coffee shop since 2015 however after another "food poisoning" and zero response from anyone at the coffee shop to discuss, my family will not return. Beware, stick to coffee here.
Staff was welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing. Grilled cheese is top tier especially with the garlic aioli and avocado!!! Highly recommend checking out this wonderful spot ☺️

My favorite coffee shop in the springs! I love to come here for lunch, a to-go coffee, or a good environment to get some work done. Great atmosphere, delicious food and baked goods (come early for those!), and friendly staff. I love Switchbacks coffee!
The food looks as good as it tastes. The place somehow has both a hip and relaxing vibe. The food is delicious. Much better than typical coffee house fare. Both Switchback locations are great places to eat/study/meet for coffee.
Favorite place in CoSprings. The coffee, the food, and the atmosphere are all so awesome!!
Update: went back last weekend and got the granola again, because gotta see if it is still up to par. I’m thrilled to report it is just as delicious as I remembered. My husband got the avocado toast and said it was delicious as well. Will be back soon! So I’m down in Colo Springs today to take my pup to the vet and needed a place to work while I wait! We’ll switchback is awesome. Big bright space on the corner. The employees are sweet. The latte was delicious. The granola was amazing!!!! It looks like ice cream with toppings which I thought was super fun. Large serving. I truly appreciate that the yogurt isn’t sweetened - I dislike sweet yogurt with sweet granola so it was perfectly balanced! Everything thus far was delightful. If I stay for lunch I’ll report back on other food.
Love this place. Best place to sit outside. They have amazing food and the pour over is awesome. Everything is gorgeous from the atmosphere to the food. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly.
