This is my favorite coffee shop in the Springs. The baristas are always kind and welcoming and the cardamom latte is my go-to. I’ve only had the avocado toast once but it was delicious.

Incredible. I love this place, the best coffee shop in town; my go-to is the 408 Cold Brew. Their breakfast sandwiches are also good, but they have greens on them that I’m not a huge fan of; I prefer the toast options. All-around excellent.
I ordered a coconut milk latte with honey and cinnamon. The coffee was so good and the service was so good. The people who work there were SO NICE! And when I saw the barista shaving a cinnamon stick into my coffee I knew it was gonna be great

This is a great coffee place! We're from out of town, but another hotel guest had recommended Loyal Coffee and called it his favorite coffee place in the area. He recommended "anything on the menu", and I'd agree! The coffee is delicious, and they have a wide variety of add-ins and milk/milk alternatives if you want them. They also have food and other beverages. Everyone was very welcoming, the place was busy, but still very relaxing, and they have a nice work/collaberation space that can be reserved. I'd highly recommend stopping by to give this place a try!
Staff is friendly and helpful, food and coffee are delicious and the atmosphere feels natural and light.
Good coffee but feel it is kind of over priced. Seating area is nice and staff is friendly. Didn’t get any food because I can’t justify overpaying for a breakfast sandwich or pastries. But otherwise nice coffee shop.
Not sure how this shop doesn’t have 5 stars. We buy beans from Loyal every other week, occasionally stopping by for coffee as well. Our experience has never been anything less than exceptional. The coffee is amazing, the beans are freshly roasted, the customer service is out of this world, and the prices are very reasonable. I have absolutely no complaints.
Outstanding coffee, drinks, and service. I did not rate it a five because of the need for more seating, and seating is scarce unless you wait for a table/booth to open. But I will definitely come back.
Great coffee shop! Really felt geared for local/remote workers to come to meet and/or spend time cranking out a project which I can appreciate. Even had a bookable meeting room available. The coffee was really good (however not WOW to me) and the toast and jam was super good! I’d probably skip the breakfast sandwich next time just given the price vs size. I really think that’s a personal preference and I’m in the minority as it seems very popular. Would for sure go back.

Came in 11 months ago and left a bad review after they could not do a flat white coffee. Thought I’d try it again and give them ago but unfortunately they said they cannot do a flat white and instead they can give me a cappuccino. This is like walking into a high end cocktail bar, prices to match, and asking for an old fashioned when all the ingredients are staring right at you and being told you can only get a whisky and coke. The owners obviously do not read the previous reviews and dont anything with the feedback to drive continuous improvements. Hire passionate team members who love coffee and want to learn about coffee. Train your staff on coffee so they are knowledgeable to avoid them coming across like uncaring redundant robots. Add flat white to your order transactions at the till to avoid confusion. My friend went in a few weeks ago and they did the same to him, and he ended up with a cappuccino when it was clearly requested 2 x flat whites. :( This place has potential so super disappointing to have this repeated experience.
The staff here is very friendly and engaging, coffee is delicious, environment is well curated, and the SW views out the window are some of the best in Springs. I would prioritize visiting Loyal Coffee when passing through.
I love Loyal Coffee. It’s my favorite place to buy whole bean coffee because they have an excellent selection. They also have a variety of great in-house coffee, including the horchata cold brew (so good) and espresso drinks. Today I got the oatmeal cookie oat milk latte and it was delicious! Creamy, rich, and not too sweet. Loyal is one of the only places I get espresso drinks! Also worth noting that their breakfast sandwiches are really good. The bacon egg and cheese has thick slices of bacon, hearty bread, and lots of flavor. Highly recommend! Loyal is great!
I have to say every time I walk into this location it feels like home. Every staff member treats me as if I’m family and I value that!
I met a friend here recently and the coffee was amazing. I ordered the lavender cappuccino which was delicious not too sweet and just the right amount of foam. I was impressed by their coffee information on featured coffees. They know their coffee and make good choices on beans from high altitude regions and are transparent about the source and wash method used for the beans. The coffee was very high quality. I did not like that they placed my drinks on the counter without telling me so it was cold when I got it. I also couldn't hear my company due to the loud music. Coffee great, atmosphere and service could be better.
I was shocked at how great this place was considering it's essentially in a Colorado Springs strip mall. Beautiful interior with wonderful staff, and surprisingly great coffee. I had a natural Ethiopian which was great. I'm excited to try out more cups before grabbing a couple of bags of beans. It's a bit pricey, but they have to pay for that conference room somehow.
Always love the coffee here, but I thought I'd highlight a recent experience I had: My fiancé and I had a brief chat with one of the employees after learning we were all from Ohio. A few months later, when I came in for a quick bite on my day off, the same employee asked if my family was doing okay amid the recent train derailment. That little bit of kindness 100% made my day. Totally recommend checking this shop out!
I don't even know how to start, 5 stars is seriously not enough, latte freakin amazing, the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was literally one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, atmosphere and decor super cool and great, and service really good too, with high quality stuff like seats and silver...trust me, not all my reviews are this glowing, just try it and you'll see what I mean.
