Excellent coffee shop in a commercial district. Decor is a mix of old (the sign from an older business is preserved inside) and modern (light wood and metal vibe). Well light by floor to ceiling windows on two sides. About a dozen tables and booths of varying sizes, and a couple of short bars. Three small tables and one big one on a patio outside. Small but good selection of teas. Very nice if expensive horchata. Small selection of croissants. Very friendly and helpful barristas, e.g. bringing water to table.
Best customer service, plus the coffee was so smooth. Great place.
The staff were incredibly friendly. We talked coffee and it was awesome. Bryse was an excellent barista!
Super friendly staff! Great food and fantastic coffee. Bright and light interior! PS you have to try almond crusted croissant unless you want to miss out on life

Very disappointed to be asked to leave for not wearing shoes. There is no such Colorado health code requirement. All the other businesses I've patronized in Colorado Springs have been very welcoming, laid back, and friendly, but not Loyal. So I went to Toastique around the corner and they were totally cool 🙂
We've loved this place for years - always great coffee and food. Service is always top notch and atmosphere is good. Love the ricotta apple toast in particular

This is a coffee experience! My wife and I were looking for a nice local coffee place and we were rewarded with Loyal Coffee! Local, traveler, or just passing through stop in for an amazing cup!
Music was kinda loud, otherwise 5 stars. Service: exceptional Polite and relatively quick. Seemed to be a dedicated staff person to manage the dinning area/clean/offer water. Coffee/food: I only sampled the Americano. It was good. Highly recommend this coffee shop unless maybe you are planning to stay and to some work/reading and have a hard time focusing through loud music. Then maybe find somewhere else.
Great staff, amazing vanilla latte, and toast with an egg was immaculate!! The worker with half white rimmed glasses (so sad I forgot to catch their name), helped me order and gave me a little knowledge of their coffee which was wonderful! Would come back again next time I visit Colorado!
Amazing service and delicious baked goods to compliment the coffee and drinks! Love the atmosphere too.
The employees were so incredibly nice the few times I came in on my vacation to the area, they made me feel welcome in an unfamiliar area.i accidentally grabbed a wrong fit of shirt and they let me exchange it with no fuss. The entire place looked really clean and our drinks were fantastic ever time, too.
Nice people wonderful coffee. We visited this cafe with our dog and they have a water for him!
Really friendly staff. I got a cappuccino and it was very bitter. Very similar to a standard Starbucks bitter. The place was nice and clean but the music so loud it was challenging to have a conversation. I wouldn't recommend going there if you want to have a conversation with someone or you are looking for quality coffee.
All of the employees were very kind and friendly. The girl at the register made sure we understood what we ordered and the barista worked very quickly and explained the ingredients of our drinks. We had Madagascar chocolate in the mocha latte! The outdoor seating was directly in the aun and overall had a wonderful experience!
Great food, decent coffee. I’m not a huge fan of the blends they use here but I still come here for work meetings because other people enjoy it. Staff is also super friendly!
Delightful place with great people working in there, love the barista very helpful and knowledgeable about coffee, the space is quite inviting, it's good place to have a meeting to work to chill I highly recommend.
One of my favorite cafes, aesthetically. Cant be beat. Great coffee/espresso. Excellent staff, even if service can slip at times. They are always johnny on the spot to make it right if it does.
This is the best coffee shop in Colorado Springs. I was there this morning enjoying conversation with a friend. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the house-made syrup in my Cranberry Lavender Latte was perfection. Oh and the Almond Croissant was insanely delicious! This will be my go-to spot!
