I went in yesterday (Thursday, April 27th, 2023) with my family to Coffee and Tea Zone at Voyager Pkwy for a cup of coffee. I must say that I looked online to see how the place looks, checked the prices and the menu behorehand. We went in the coffee shop and it looks a bit messy on the back with a lots of unpacking boxes, but that did not bother me personally. It has a unlit chimney, but cool enough. Unfortunately, i must say (including my family) did not like their coffee. It taste more like milk and barely have the coffee taste in it, although, I asked for a 2nd espresso shot in the smallest cup they have! I don't think the Asian lady poured over the extra expresso shot I asked for. I asked for a Caramel Macchiato, the Pumpkin coffee and a Cappuccino. We all asked for the extra expresso shots and were charged for it. We ended up paying a whooping of $17.00 for something that barely had coffee in it and way to expensive, I should say more than Starbucks. The pricing in the menu was not up-to-date, so it is worth mentioning. By experience, I had coffee in hispanic places even from Spain and Italy, and by comparison they don't know how to make good coffee. If you want to find great Coffee Shops, I will personally recommend Kairos Coffee House (near to Garden Of the Gods), Wayfinder Coffee Co (Templeton Gap st), Javalato Gelato & Cafe (Prominent Point at Briargate), The Wild Goose Meeting House ( Tejon Street downtown Co Sprgs), The Exhange (on Tejon St), Story House (Tiny house in downtown Co Sprgs) and even Black Rock Coffee Bar in (Castle Rock) for those who are interested in to try them!
What?? Coffee, Tea & Ice Cream what a date night spot! We had waffle cones packed full of strawberry Ice cream on the way to sing Karaoke and play pool at the bar next store. It was a wonderful surprise treat to share in the best company! 💋
Love this place. The owner is so friendly and remembers me, even if it’s been months between visits. My favorite is the matcha latte with boba 😋 🧋
Americano was a bit bitter. I should have tried the brewed coffee but I didn’t see it on the menu. Seating area was a bit rough around the edges. My son sat with his back to the fireplace and he said it was really hot and too close.
I appreciate the accommodating and professional service I received today. The woman behind the counter was so polite and helpful getting me connected to their wifi while there was an area outage. You were a life saver for my remote work requirements. To top it off, my coffee was delightful. Considering some of the negative previous reviews, I thought it important to provide a different perspective. Thanks again!
Very fast service very good beverages, there is quite a few boxes and other random things toward the side of the store which is in your line of sight as a customer. But I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go and get drinks from here because the employee and the service is so great
The best teas and coffees and the customer service is amazing this is my go to place .
Nice quiet place to sip a boba tea or strong coffee without worries of getting mugged, share a toilet with a cross dresser or forced to use pronouns.

Need to be careful - went to put my straw in and the entire cup exploded all over my new dress and new shoes. Most expensive chai of all time for me 😭 they werent even apologetic
Cute coffee shop! They serve coffee, tea, pastries and even ice cream. Was able to find gluten free and vegan coffee cakes and they offer alternative dairy options for coffee like oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk. Great vibe in there. Check it out!
Love Coffee and Tea Zone. I love to support local small business and Kathy is amazing! She works hard and even when she is busy, she takes the time to chat with customers and remembers my favorite drink! Whether it's a boost to get me going in the morning or an afternoon treat, I always enjoy my visit to Coffee and Tea Zone. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
I am extremely displeased with my experience at this coffee shop. They clearly do not know how to run a business. The customer service was unbelievably poor and unacceptable. First off, the store smelled horrendous. The health department may need to take a look. Furthermore, the older Asian lady, who I assume is the owner, is extremely rude and always insists she is right. I kindly told them that they got my order wrong, and she got it wrong again and gave me a smaller size than I ordered. I also noticed the employee who was making my drink, which looked to be an older Asian man stuck his finger in my drink and proceeded to taste his finger. I am extremely worried about the sanitary conditions of this coffee shop and do not recommend anyone ever comes here.
I purchased a taro boba from this coffee shop. Since i had spare change in my car, I decided to pay in change to clean up my car from loose change. As I put the change on the table, I received a very inhumane and gruesome look from one of the employees as if they were disgusted at me. On the other hand, there is a very horrid and vile smell as soon as you enter the shop as if i were to walk in a porta potty which hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Was looking for some nice alone time off work but instead recieved about the worst experience i’ve ever had from a store.
This was my favorite coffee shop in town. The owner Kathy was so friendly that we started up a friendship. I had to leave town on short notice so I wasn't able to say goodbye to the nicest person in Colorado. Regardless, if you want some great coffee and a friendly conversation, then this is the place for you to go!
The customer service at Coffee and Tea Zone is excellent! Kathy is awesome! I always enjoy an Americano or Chai latte with a toasted everything bagel when visiting in the morning! My kids love the boba drink at all hours of the day!!!
I was craving boba tea today and stopped by to give this place a try. The way their menu was displayed is extremely confusing. There is a long list of flavors, which I thought were for tea but are apparently for smoothies. The staff was very patient and helpful with me while I figured out what to order. The inside of the store is not very welcoming. There are boxes stacked everywhere and it makes it look very messy. My drink tasted good, but if I were to go back I'd get a coffee instead as it seems they are more focused on coffee and smoothies than boba tea.
They have the best selection in boba as well a flavors!!! Their boba is ALWAYS FRESH, unlike others that serve old baba.. Best customer service ever!!!
Good coffee and matcha, they have boba for my kiddo, will come back. Also the girl was really nice.
