Great breakfast and service! The French toast is devine
It’s always a sunny day at the Bird Tree, I enjoy this spot every time in Colorado Springs. Great coffee, food, atmosphere and people.

Went for breakfast. They were out of everything, including orange juice. Basically spent a bunch of money for fried potatoes and pineapple juice, because that’s all they had. Table service is nonexistent. Bussed my own table when I got there from the last customers and when we left. Super underwhelming experience.
UPDATE: it's been almost a year since coming here, but I figured why not try again? I took my mom during her visit and it was so wonderful to see they got their stuff together! Delicious Irish Coffee and breakfast sandwich for me, breakfast potatoes are amazing. So glad I came back! Not sure what happened between the first and second time we went here but it was not great the second time. First time it was wonderful. The employee was kind and helpful. The food was incredible. I had a wake and bake, switched the bacon out for avocado, it was on a delicious croissant. My other had a very yummy sandwich as well. A week later we came back. The sandwich my other got was no longer on the menu. I requested my same sandwich with no bacon and avocado instead and it was on a very dry potato bun and they put extra bacon on the sandwich. Their Chai latte was still on point, but unsure what happened in that week's span. Might still go again, but it was not the same.
Super nice, chill coffeehouse. I would love to go back for a cocktail with my work!
I ordered a coffee with flavored syrup and milk. When the barista gave it to me, both were on the side so that I could make it just the way I liked it, which is so appreciated! The coffee was nice and hot when I got it mid afternoon, which was great since sometimes at small businesses, coffee can be luke warm at that time. The staff are super friendly too!
Very slow service at an uncrowded time. My food was lukewarm by the time I got it, also. Couldn't send it for heating because we were running out of time by the time we got food. They did not bring our coffees until they brought the food. And the coffee was not great. I think the milk I got might have been sour (since food came with coffee, I ended up drinking it after we left and couldn't fix). Bougie alert! I have a reasonably high tolerance for bougie, and this was near the top of that.
WAY OVERPRICED!!!😳a plain turkey sandwich with cheese, they charge me over $17. small hot latte with flavor, over 8.00 A sandwich, in the case that was burnt at the bottom and almost HOLLOW!!! Cmon’ and cheap with ingredients!!! Charge for everything even end of the day garbage, and they charge me full price. I will never step foot in there and down overcharged and that’s such an insult to the public.
Charming little cafe with substantial menu of breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, salads, and regular sandwiches. And of course all sorts of coffee drinks including a matcha latte. Most importantly, a clean restroom for you Tesla drivers looking for one near the superchargers.
The first time I went into Bird Tree was last Sunday. I had a breakfast sandwich(Rich & Morty) and a honey chai tea. I think I got the name of sandwich right. They were both so delicious! The vibe and service were great. Dray, I hope I get these names right served me. She has such a bright personality. Today I went in for the same breakfast sandwich, and drink to go. I'm always in a hurry in the am. Crunched for time. Ally and Maria made sure I was out of there in 5 mins with my to go order. Way to go ladies. I made it to work with time to spare. I now smell like onions, but it is worth it. Delicious! Great service!
Really chill spot in the heart of the downtown C Springs; ecclectic and innovative menu; their reuben and chicken curry salad is great, awesome costa rican espresso/coffee drinks; very friendly service; definitely going back.

Had a very nice experience here. Staff was super friendly, and the Rick and Morty breakfast sandwich was incredible. Will return!
Great place for a bite out and delicious tea lattes in huge mugs (there’s no skimping on the liquid volume here). Lively atmosphere is good for chatting with friends but maybe too noisy if you are looking for a cafe to get work done in. Croque monsieur was AMAAAAAZING could have used a little more greens though!
Warm and inviting atmosphere. Something for everyone on the menu and they serve liquor. Enjoy.
This is one of my preferred spots to study or meet up with 1 or 2 colleagues. It's usually decently busy, but the prices are great and the food/drink options are varied. The atmosphere is great and staff are friendly. Highly reccomended! I only miss when there were later hours!

A little pricey, coffee was fantastic! Biscuits and gravy not so much. Will be back for coffee sometime.
