Great prime rib deal. Clean casino. Staff not helpful to answer questions about machines. Bar waitress very pleasant.

There's no zero stars??? Horrible management, gf and I were there bout 20 minutes when we were banned from playing blackjack cuz we were having fun with it and hitting against bust cards, absolutely didn't count cards. Save your money folks this establishment treated us like trash in less than 30 minutes approximately for no reason, we were out of Towner's, hopefully others will come forward, what do they have to hide and protect about the way that machine is organizing the cards if there so worried about odd play I wonder???? Zero stars!
It’s more depressing than most casinos. It’s usually not very busy, the staff isn’t in any hurry, and the food is awful.
Old and out dated. Needs new everything including updated slots. Still had fun but could have been better. The 7.77 primrib dinner was good.
Enjoyed the prime rib special.

I walked through the casino, and there were very few people playing. It seemed dead and did not appeal to me.
Only reason I can't give five stars is because it's starting to get a little darted in here. A refresh is due but all in all a great spot to gamble in the mountains.
Had an awesome time at Bally's Casino. The employees were all friendly and their service was great. Plus their $7.99 prime rib special was delicious and the best value ever! I'll definitely be going back soon!
Had 7.77 prime rib dinner obviously great price but it was tough and the corn is so bland. Other than that Gambling well is gambling here. The waitress are nice.

It is one of the few places that has $5 blackjack tables. The drink service was poor. However, in all fairness, I believe the bartender was also the cocktail waitress.
Like I say when it's your day you well do well just don't bring more than you can afford to lose

Nice pleasant place to sit and gamble. They are the only ones I know to have a $5 min blackjack table. Slots are loose. Drinks are plentiful.

Fun, spacious, usual casino amenities. However, nearly every time I visit, bartenders are very slow if not rude sometimes. Takes forever to get a drink regardless of if and where you're playing.
