Want to sit and chat with some locals? Perfect. Sandwiches. Breakfast burritos. Shakes and smoothies. And of course great coffee drinks. It's a hippie place. Leave the sidearm in the car. And make sure to bring cash, unless you want a local to volunteer to pay your bill.
The food is OK, not plentiful, but OK. The prices are just acceptable for the amount of food you receive. For breakfast, it's mostly breakfast sandwiches or a breakfast burrito. For lunch, expect a selection of sandwiches that come with chips, basic nachos or quesadillas, and they may have pizza too. Not a lot of home-cooking here, but there are plenty of coffees and teas. The owner is apparently into topics related to the "woke" crowd and has literature about that as well as Eastern religions for patrons to read while they wait (for a long time) to receive their food. This is a 1-person-does-all kind of place, so service is very slow. I won't go out of my way to return.
This is a nice little place in Beulah to stop for coffee or a sandwich. Plenty of selections. Reasonable prices and good parking.
Nice lil shop
But she's never open, and VERY political, Not comfortable dining experience
Fun coffee house with really good eats.
Absolutely adorable coffee shop, and right here in our cute little town!!! SO thankful for Jan and her wonderful personality 😁
Down to earth people
Cozy little “hippie” joint. Food was very good owner/cook was a little scattered but worth the wait. She does have several signs warning of long ticket times. Go to relax and hangout, don’t be in a hurry
Small cozy place to gather, drink coffee, have breakfast or lunch. Breakfast sandwich is tasty. Lots of cool mementos and knickknacks around. Nice.
This was an amazing find. I am only staying in the area for a few days and I wish we had found it sooner. The owner was fantastic and welcomed us in with open arms. Great food, fantastic coffee and a comforting environment to enjoy.
The place was so welcoming and the sandwiches and drinks were wonderful! The staff treated us like family the moment we walked in and the pleasant atmosphere only grew as we stayed with our newborn daughter to eat. I highly recommend this place for a nice bite or drink. Definitely going to become a regular!
Love this place! The handmade drinks are DELICIOUS & the food is EXCEPTIONAL! Worth the wait... so good! Highly recommend :)
This lady is amazing great roast beef sandwiches!!!
I loved this charming Cafe! You can grab an amazing sandwich and lavender tea! One of my all time favorite places! The people are so friendly! It's great! Don't miss it! Bring cash though as they don't accept cards. (A lovely guest paid for us the first time we went and we have paid it forward) that's the charm of Beulah!
Closed to inside eating but call her and she will take your order. CASH ONLY. Simple menu and tons of coffee or smoothie flavors. Big parking lot and a bookstore of yard sale prices in the small shed by the street.
I stopped into Stompin' Grounds Coffee for the first time today. The manager lady (who herself was not wearing a mask) asked me if I had a mask that I could wear, I said "no", it is not currently a state requirement (only recommended), I hate wearing a mask, I certainly would not wear a mask while drinking coffee (and the mask would be ineffective anyway, if I did) inside the coffee shop, and I definitely have no interest sitting outside the coffee shop drinking my coffee in the hot Colorado sun. Too bad, Stompin' Grounds.
Cash only, and so worth it. Everything is hand made in the kitchen. Play area and toys for kids. Awesome place. Drove from Pueblo with my kids, and they loved it.
Love this coffee shop/café. Jan is the owner and she runs a genuine shop with lot's of care and love for what she does. Food is fresh and the Americano was perfect. Thanks for being part of such a great community.
