More of a matcha gurl but I know its hard to get the good stuff out here. I instead got a dirty chi ice late out of my norm and it was super flavorful & delicious!! Very strong. What ever beans she uses are amazing. Also the remodel and vibe she made the place into is gorgeous. THANK YA! :)
This place is a true gem. Stopped in for a cortado and some beans and was thoroughly impressed. The Cortado was phenomenal, one of the best I’ve had, honestly. The barista (who I think is also owner) was excellent and super friendly as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Best coffee we had while in Colorado. Unpretentious & the very nice lady understands how to make espresso drinks. She’s not just pushing buttons. My buddy is super picky about his cortados: he said the one he got at The Giggling Goat was the best or tied with the best he has ever had: the other being on the west coast.
This place is a true gift from the god of coffee, Luci may be the best owner operator I have ran into along my various trips in the not so United States. Her personality and kids cup-a-cheer warms my bald head along with the coffee. I pray they continue to bring joy to Bailey and those they meet on their journeys.
What a cozy little gem! The staff were so friendly and the muffins were amazing. They tasted so buttery without being greasy. There were multiple little corners to hang out in with nice lighting and music. I would've stayed longer if I could! I will definitely be back. They also have a drive through.
Today is the second day in a row we've had their breakfast burritos. Their coffee is delicious, and I tried their ginger bread coffee cake today and it was so magical I had to get a couple more before we left. So grateful to have this awesome coffee shop up here!

We stopped in on our way to Ouray for ice climbing and loved the amazing latte and bakery creations! So psyched to see this here. We'll definitely be making this a regular refuel stop.

I've only ever been through the drive thru but this is hands down the best tasting coffee in Bailey/Conifer. It's so consistently good. I'm a fan of sweeter drinks and love the honey and caramel lattes. My partner is more traditional and just wants a really solid coffee or cappuccino. Giggling Goat always makes us both very happy. It's a bit slow sometimes, so don't go through the drive thru if you're in a hurry, but it's absolutely worth the wait and service is great. Can't stress enough, the coffee is so good.
Lindsay is an amazing human being and she makes a great cup of coffee. Stellar views and great vibes. Anytime I'm in the area in the morning time, I'm stopping by Giggling Goat.
