So, I found this place two weeks ago and it was my new favorite place- just 1min from my office and the barrista was very friendly. Unfortunately, I came in for my 3rd visit, and the pastry I bought was COVERED in fuzzy mold. I did not realize and took 2 bites while waiting for my coffee. I unwrapped it all the way due to the funny taste, and saw all the mold. When I told the barrista, she refunded the pastry.. but was not too concerned. Sounded like a common issue because she was just like, here’s your $4 back, and here’s your $7 tea. Have a good day. I did not get sick, so, Im leaving 2 stars. Ill update with 1 if I end up in urgent care. Sadly, won’t be going back here :(
Cozy and quiet coffee shop to sit in. Lot more relaxed and quiet than most which makes having a one on one here a lot easier and more pleasant. Good lattes too!
Quiet place when I visited. Lots of space to work remotely if needed. Friendly staff!
Disappointed. The Boba tea, taro milk tea was flavorless and warm. The tapioca pearls were undercooked and repeatedly got stuck in the straw. The small mochas only had one shot (everywhere else I've ever had a mocha has two shots in their small.) Speaking of small, their cups are smaller than any other coffee shop - anywhere. The young lady who served us was less than helpful or friendly. Like I said... Disappointed.
I had a dark chocolate coconut latte with a sponge cake. Price is very affordable compared to other coffee chain. Service was great and a really cute spot.
Place is a relaxing environment. Lady that works there is really sweet!
I enjoy coming to this place. It’s not usually packed. Nice and slow paced. Every time I’ve been in, I was served by Alondra who was really polite and made my Espresso Cortado just right. I would spend my afternoons here doing my work on my laptop sitting next to a sleeping old man.
Next to a vape shop with panhandling homeless in front who cuss you out if you don’t give them money. The barista was nice and made my drink well but the inside seems run down and in need of some love.
The owner is rude and made my drink with mostly milk and almost no coffee. The baristas are very kind, but the establishment is dirty. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re desperate.

Have only been here a couple of times. This would be my 3rd time. The previous two times were good, but this time was awful and truly concerning. The barista seemed to be the only one present, and she seemed too inebriated (I don't know what, but it was not alcohol) to work. She took significantly longer than what would be typical for a sober person, requiring the customers to repeat their order 5+ times, and would seemingly zone out randomly while speaking to a customer. I had ordered a large hot chai, and repeated that order at least 6 times to make sure she got it correctly, and she charged me for a medium cambrique tea. A second customer then came in, and she slowly took her order. She then began making the second customer's order before mine, making several mistakes like dropping metal utensils multiple times, and getting the customer's order wrong, requiring the customer to correct her. This entire process took around 20 minutes. My break was almost over so I just left the near empty cafe without my drink, and she didn't even notice (to my knowledge). Please make sure if your employees are on prescribed pain killers or high on something else that they at least have a backup barista so I can get my drink.
They had a cat all over the cafe and had no sign saying or warning customers about the cat! The barista scratched her head then went to go make my drink and didn't even bother to wash her hands or at least put on gloves! They are reselling Costco blueberry muffins that are make up from there original price!!!
espresso was just a small amount of common filter coffee and the cake was moldy!

Place is dirty and unkept, been here twice in the last few years and the drinks&service aren’t good either.
all of the girls are fantastic, but our personal favorite is Meagan (I asked how to spell it so I could give her the full credit)! she always goes out of our way to make sure we love our drinks (we always do) and makes us laugh. her music sets an excellent vibe and she makes the all around experience great. we frequent Beantree for the delicious coffee, but also for the atmosphere Meagan provides. I was in here when a rude customer came in. this man was not explaining his questions and Meagan stayed professional and calm the entire time, just trying to politely ask him to clarify because she herself was not fully understanding what he was asking. she handled this irate customer the best anyone could. she was a whole lot more mellow than I would be, I applaud her.
I have been coming here for at least 7yrs, and I stop at least 4-5 times a week. Service has been going down in the last year and a half...And to top everything of the other day there is a CAT that is allowed to roam around the area unchecked... I do not have anything against animals and pets, but not should be allowed to roam around freely where food is involved and not knowing if individuals have allergies.
Great to have a local coffee shop to relax or spend time talking to someone with good coffee, good service, and good atmosphere. Beats the boring chains.
