My sister raves about this roaster/cafe. Rightly so! We had lattes and cookies on a windy day, and it warmed us up nicely. My sis likes their coffee, so she purchased some more.

We got there about 9, we may have gotten there too late, but there wasn't much left, and they don't do free coffee refills. This was our first time here so we weren't prepared..

Great local roaster and pastries are equally delicious!!! Handmade donuts the first Saturday of the month are delectable!

This is one of my favorite coffee places in Denver; they always have fantastic roasts and we always grab a bag to go. I decided to share this place with my brother back in Virginia, so I sent him a bag. This was the review I got back this morning: “This coffee is incredibly smooth. No bitterness at all. I like lighter roasts like this the best. They are so much easier on the stomach. Their beans are top top high end. Thanks for sharing. I have only tried a couple other places in my lifetime that are in this league as far as quality: one place in SF; one place in Grand Rapids; and Red Rooster. Its funny I can tell before even tasting that is going to be excellent when : beans are dry like paper; no oil at all soaking through the beans; beans are lighter in weight; they grind louder; let out way more CO2 bubbles; and drains slower. I don’t know if these are actually desirable qualities but just an observation.” Thank you guys for making a fantastic product. 🤌☕️💯

Delicious lattes, wonderful pastries! We had to wait in line (on a Saturday morning so fair enough) but it moved quickly and the actual cafe wasn't that crowded. Savory pastry in particular is awesome. Chocolate coffee cake was also great. Ham and gruyere croissant wasn't my personal favorite but certainly nothing wrong with it. Great spot to get good coffee and hangout. Also they have a wall with a massive beautiful painting that I really love as well as nice plants everywhere.

Been coming here two or three times a year for over a decade and it is always good with friendly service. Today was the first time I worked from a table and I couldn't help but notice how happy both the customers and employees were. I had a great experience.

Love this place, great coffee and the staff are so friendly! My advice would be to always go into Sweet Bloom with your plan A being coffee to go. Plan B is staying and enjoying your coffee in the shop because by some happy accident, you’ve managed to find a place to sit. In other words, you can always rely on getting a good drink. You can rarely rely on getting a place to sit, so I actually wouldn’t recommend going here with the sole ambition of working/studying in the shop. Parking can be stressful too.

Good coffee good pastries. Love their ginger molasses cookie! They have fun though slightly different than usual danish. Don't think there's any GF options. Syrups just simple, vanilla, and mocha. Alt milks are soy and oat. Parking nearby though a bit odd. Decent amount of seating. No comfy chairs/seating. Often busy during a weekday with ppl seeming to be Wfh/working remote.

Delicious coffee and donuts.... They make fresh donuts once a month, and we were very lucky to discover it.

Sweet bloom has an international reputation for having amazing beans, and I feel lucky to get to live close enough to enjoy them a lot. This location is kind of dark, with plants and modern art lighting up the atmosphere. This makes it a perfect place to quietly study or get work done while enjoying a cup of specialty coffee with amazing latte art. The employees here are very nice and knowledgeable, and overall, the experience here is always enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in denver looking for a high quality coffee shop to hang out at.

Decent cold brew but far from relaxing or a good place to work.

One of my fav coffee shops in the area if not, my #1 favorite! The coffee roast is amazing and you have to take a moment to appreciate the latte art (as pictured although I couldn't resist taking a sip or two before capturing the photo).

So let me start by saying this was a well recommended shop and that I have been a craft coffee professional for nearly a decade. I will say that my standard is high, but that is because i have a trained palette. I understand that there are thousands of schools of thought on what good coffee is, but when I order a single origin espresso shot, and it’s served to me as ALL crema, I can tell you right away that it’s extremely under-extracted and should not have been served. They did not have any soda water for me to cleanse the flavor and only offered still. Why have all that fancy equipment if you’re doing a disservice to me and the beans by serving up bad brews instead of taking the extra couple of minutes to dial in your recipe throughout the day? You only have one option for single origin, so I honestly expected more. I was able to tell there was something wrong just watching my shot pull so fast, and then was shocked when I got it served to me without hesitation. Did I order ristretto? No, So why give me one? On other days I had nice experiences, but now I think its a gamble. The other reason is the poor Wi-Fi connection. I would like to be able to get work done after I order my coffee (like everyone else).
