Great place to eat. Best chili in the valley. Good food takes time. Be patient, it's definitely not fast food.

Famous chili burger and the chili rellenos with green chili were outstanding. Price is fair. Atmosphere was relaxing.
The server was rude and short with us, only with us for some reason. The coffee was super weak and bland. Not to mention the pie was a frozen Marie Calender pie for 5 or 6 bucks a slice.
I drive from Santa Fe, two hours just for the flying Dutchman burger with the battered fries! Unfortunately we went back this past weekend and had the worst experience. The server greeted us quickly enough then never came back and pointedly avoided eye contact and ignored us for 25 minutes before we finally left. I am kinda heartbroken:(
Stopped at Dutch Mill Cafe for lunch as we were site seeing. There were 4 of us and everyone was highly pleased with their food! The green and red sauce were especially great! The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. While we were there, the place was packed with locals, which is always a great sign of terrific food!
Ordered a “beef” chimichanga with “the works.” Basically a fried tortilla with nothing in it. The beans and rice were not very good either. Waste of money. Should have just gotten snacks at the gas station. Very disappointing after the long wait. Seems like a popular spot with the locals, and the staff is friendly, so maybe it’s good sometimes.
Real made from scratch food, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend
