Quiet environment and friendly staff. It looks like a museum in there and I love that. The local art is beautiful and reasonably priced. The food is great though a bit pricely. I love the vibe here.

Ok, I'm not a huge reviewer, but as a business owner myself, I understand how important a good review is! Let me tell you, their Club sandwich!?!??! AMAZING! It's like that sandwich your mom would homemade make for you as a kid (my mom best cook ever). Better than any chain restaurant! So yum! And their coffee....*chefs kiss*

I come here often. The drinks are great and staff is kind and friendly. Great atmosphere and things to do for all ages. I was disappointed recently when I paid $7 for a croissant but they forgot the ham/cheese croissant and it was left in the microwave for 10 minutes. When I went to ask about it, she took it out and gave it to me but at that time it was cold and stiff with no acknowledgment of it. I am not impressed with the food options and delivery but I always love the coffee selections.

Finally a place that'll serve an espresso that's not bitter from sitting. I got both the iced caramel macchiato with extra double shot and iced chia tea and both were fantastic. No place around gets the proportions right, Steele House did! Definitely a returning customer.

Nice ladies and a very cozy atsmosphere. I am sad about my low review, but I must be honest. The low review is because of their old (SUPER OLD) pastries. I ordered a crossaint. The display had a 25% discount tag. I thought they were a day old. She dissapeared to go get a different one from a batch they have inside. The other lady said that "they keep that one on display because it looks nice." I did not catch the why just yet. When the lady brought it out, she asked me if I wanted it microwaved... ??? I said no, but when I touched it, it was ice cold. She said they keep them refrigerated as they are weeks old. I would have appreciated being told before paying the $4.68 "discounted" price. Anyhow, she microwaved it and it became soggy. I was trying to be optimistic so asked if it could be toasted (as I was expecting a crossaint to be crispy). She did, but burned it. She still served it that way instead of offering another one or a reimbursement. I would have gone for a reimbursement. I guess they feel it is totally ok to sell refrigerated crossains and pastries. Anyhow, I also ordered a veggie sandwhich. It was good, but it would have been even better it if was toasted slightly longer as the tomatoe and cucumber made it a little soggy. This was my first experience here and very possibly the last one. I wish them well.

I walked in and waited while the staff chatted and giggled. They we're too impressed with each other to bother with service. I looked at the menu board on the wall for a mile, then smiled and walked out. Nowhere is worth this kind of staff ego trip. Ambience zero m
